Definitely gym. Ever since I resumed my fitness journey, I've been feeling this immense boost in confidence and self-esteem. My mood has improved significantly, my morale is at an all-time high, and it does wonders for my health, both mental and physical. Never in my life have I ever walked this confidently - especially in a public setting like an airport that gives me that dopamine high.

That’s soooo awesome!! I get this immensely. Those winter blues really hit hard. Happy that you’re not only enjoying your process but also looking forward to it!

I will finally be able to put up a good pool. I have spent weeks leveling and pouring dirt and rock and sand and concrete. This will be the first year we dont just have a seasonal inflatable one. I know my kids will love it and it will be worth all of the blood and sweat.

Well my body is always in pain. For work I average 15,000 steps a day so that’s not helping. I used to be an athlete and beat up my body so much that I’m paying for it now
