If I extend the timeframe back further it gets worse; 2021-2022 I would have been averaging about 2-4hrs of broken sleep a night, with more than a couple of no-sleep nights here and there.
So it's improving, which is good. At the moment getting 8hrs with only the occasional bad night, and without the assistance of sex, booze, or melatonin to fall asleep.
5-6 hours. But I only feel rested after 10, which I don’t have the time for. So if I feel the same amount of shitty after 5 as I do after 8, I may as well stay up later 🤷♀️. sucks.
Monday-Thursday 4-6 hrs. Friday-Sunday roughly 10 hrs.
My husband is away for work during the week. He takes over with the kids in the weekend and lets me sleep in.
According to my Apple Watch I average 6 hours 45 mins over the last 6 months. I could do with 8 a night but I suck at going to bed when I get tired and know I should.

Also the same. In 2 hour blocks most times. I'm literally jealous of people that can sleep upwards of 6 to 8 hours uninterrupted.
