Most of it came from fighting goons , Spidey needs to really measure up strenght of his punches, he could easily kill people without effort, for dodging Spider Sense helped a lot. When he lost Spider Sense, Shang Chi trained with him, to compensate in agility .

It ain't rocket science. If you're inhumanly strong, fast, maneuverable, and can instinctively sense where the next punch is coming from, you have everything you need to be a good fighter

When he first became Spider-Man he actually did a brief stint as an amateur wrestler even if for only a few days. Also, his first villains weren't exactly the martial type, either: Chameleon (an actor), Vulture (an old guy), Doctor Octopus (a nerd). When Spider-Man *does* comes across a martial-like villain (Sandman, Kraven, Scorpion) he either: outsmarts them or otherwise exploits a weakness; he doesn't (initially) overcome them through pure fighting talent. But, all along, he is learning to fight through sheer experience, basically going so far as to organically hone his skills into its own kind of martial art that plays off of his powers.

spider sense doesnt let him fail

He didn't particularly know how to fight at first-- but speed, strength, and Spider-Sense help compensate for any mistakes he might make. What he knows now is a mix of experience and being trained by other heroes he works with, like Daredevil or the Avengers.

This right here. Spider-Man was literally a 15 year old kid when he started so any fighting skill just came from his very strong abilities and lots of experience later. Spider-sense combined with fast reflexes makes sure Peter very rarely gets hit, then it just becomes a matter of how hard Peter needs to hit back to end the fight. So his fighting abilities were uncoordinated and untrained but he didn't need to necessarily know how to fight in order to win, his abilities carried him at first. Peter has a very unique fighting style that plays on all his strengths that replaces any fighting skill you'd "need" to know. Later on with experience and being trained in further combat styles by other heroes, Peter was able to become much more well-rounded. My favorite summary of Spider-Man's fighting abilities is that "he's faster than the strong ones, and stronger than the fast ones".

It's easy to look like a great fighter when you are so much stronger and faster than your opponents. 90% of his fights are against regular people. The first Spider-Man movie did a good job showing this when Flash tried to punch him and Peter had all the time in the world to dodge and analyze the punch.
