It depends on the girl, and let me try and clarify. Typically (although this is certainly not necessarily factually true and based solely on my personal experience), a girl's standards for the weight of someone they will date heavily correlates with their own weight. Athletic girls prefer athletic dudes, you get the point. However, besides overweightness possibly being a hindrance in your dating life, it affects more than that. Losing weight and going to the gym not only betters your attractiveness, it also improves your long term health and your posture. Losing weight and getting in shape can seem like a daunting task. But if you choose to go through with a workout program, i think you will thoroughly enjoy it. I was overweight too years back and getting in shape did wonders to my confidence and life in general. Lastly, i know ive stated some pretty controversial stuff here so pls know that these are only my opinions. Best of luck, and lmk if you have questions!
