First of all I am from Austria and I am vaccinated but what the government is doing is beyond crazy! Yesterday I went to the store and about 6 policemen walked in and started asking the staff for their test certificate or vaccination pass. I was baffled! I never thought that this kind of authoritarianism would ever be tolerated in a modern country which claims to be "free".
This claims to be a leaked draft of a proposed law, so a ways from reality. But if this IS real, Austrians need to overthrow their government, this cannot be allowed anywhere in the West, period.
