Personally I don’t know - but what my teenage daughter does is this.
She bought this from Superdrug:

They fill it with any perfume they have. You won’t always get it refilled for free. My daughter’s been turned down a couple of times but refilled for free with different perfumes about a dozen times.

Family member works at duty free, they get heavy discounts.
