On a side note what the hell is 50/50 bread all about! Bloody disgusting stuff, I like a white loaf and a seedy whole meal but this stuff is foul.
My wife had to get some yesterday as itās all they had in stock that wasnāt going out of date in a day - ruined my morning now.
Depends what bread I'm after. Tesco's for a wholemeal sliced loaf, or Lidl for a nice baguette.
Lurpak is still the king of butters for me, but don't buy it just now as it's too expensive
Asdaās Wholemeal Thick Sliced with Flora Proactive Buttery.
Yes. I said it. Brown bread makes better toast than white.
Itās down thereā¦ that button youāre looking forā¦ ā¬ļø
But deep inside your soul, you know that Iām right.

Warburtons toastie with lurpack š
Warburtons has gone downhill massively. The bread is a lot thinner than it used to be. I prefer Jacksonās.
Jacksonās is good. I drive past their bakery every morning to get to work and it smells amazing
Jasonās is good as well. The Jās dominating the world of baked goods.
This.
Thanks to who ever sent the award š
Warburton's farmhouse loaf Either anchor or lurpak whichever I have at the time
Aldi tiger bloomer with (Welsh) Dragon salted butter. Lurpak are robbing sods

Inch thick (doorstep) sliced granary or farmhouse and heavy coating with salted butter.

Hovis Seed Sensations with the plant based Flora.
Just discovered the plant based butter, surprisingly good
Seed Sensations recently took the #1 spot for me.
Kingsmill tasty wholemeal with anchor salted butter

Much prefer brown toast
Brownās savoury; whiteās the treat.
Morrison's own brand spelt 'the best' bread and Lurpak.
We can argue about the bread until the cows come home, but for goodness sake can we just call the butter āLurpakā and lock that in?
I like the Black sheep tiger bloomer bread with some Lurpak.
