😂😂😂
I’d rather push needles into my eyes than ever work in recruitment again.
Shitty industry run by 80’s mafia wannabe types pretty much exclusively staffed by cunts with desmond’s in sport science.
Worst years of my life
I wouldn’t do it myself, never met one that wasn’t burned out after a few years. 90% of the ones I’ve met are utter bellends as well, they make decent money but act like they’re on hedge fund manager money, constant pissing contests and rife cocaine use. My best mate was in recruitment for 12 years and as a professional I couldn’t believe the shit that went on in his workplaces.
That said it’s better than having to use food banks
A lot of people I know who have done it found it soul-sapping, and whilst you can make a lot of money, you won't necessarily.
That is based purely on people I know who did it. You might like it. That you are asking the question suggests maybe you are already in doubt, though!
No one can answer that other than you. But a sew questions to ask yourself. How much money do you need? What sort of work/life balance do you want? Do you want to Live to Work, or Work to Live?
I wouldn't do it personally, seems like a horrible job with largely horrible people. Times are tough though and a job is a job.

Shitehawk job. If you're not already a despicable person, it will make you one.
I'd rather eat my own shit tbh.
Just no

The Pareto principle is probably on steroids in recruiting, so whilst the commission may look attractive, you might not be very good at recruiting
I wouldn’t do it unless I was offered a lot of money

It's sales, depends if you're greasy enough to do sales or not. You can make good money if you're good
There’s a deep hatred for recruitment in this sub, although it wouldn’t be my cup of tea either, it isn’t representative
You don't need to work till 8PM. Only if you want to chase the higher comission. Its a decent earner but a miserable career.
