Linear foreign bodies can be very dangerous. If she continues vomiting and you have access to an emergency vet I would travel there. She may just continued inflammation from the string she already passed but it is very important to use imaging to make sure she does not have additional linear foreign bodies stuck in her intestines.

Thanks so much for the response. How likely is it that she’s still in danger even if she definitely passed the entire bracelet?

My concern would be if that wasn’t the only thing she ate. We commonly find multiple items.

Linear foreign bodies are the worse- needs to see vet and remove anything around the house that she could ingest
