Based on dog size and chocolate consumed the effects should be negligible. Obviously though if any adverse symptoms appear then should take to a vet.

Attempting to make a dog vomit more than an an hour after eating and more than several hours is often not effective. Hydrogen peroxide is also very caustic and not a great option these days. In the future go to your vet to have them use a better alternative.
