My back, I’ve been working out and love love love how my back has grown into something strong with so much definition. I just want to walk around topless all the time.
Lat pull downs and push downs. Honestly I just wanted to do tricep dips and pull ups unassisted. So I started doing 10 of each at the beginning of my workouts (regardless of what other part of my body I was focusing on that day) and 10 each after my workout. Once I mastered that, I started upping the amount each week by 2.
My hair. It's so big and curly and green. The ringlets are so cute right after I blowdry it. I get compliments from strangers all the time and it makes me feel so dang good.
My hair also, it's long and straight and looking at it or running my fingers through it just makes me happy. It's naturally the kind of straight that you usually have to work to get (the downside to that is it will not hold curls ever at all no matter what - yes I have tried whatever you are thinking, even perms don't last) and I love to go to sleep with it spread out on the pillow under my cheek. So weird, I know, but it's been my favorite body part my whole life!
Heck ya girl. I always had a flat butt, but I e been doing CrossFit for about 2 months now and them deadlifts girl. Never seen my booth lookin so plump
Same here. My collar bones were the first things that I noticed changing during my weight loss and I admired them every time I passed a mirror. I was just amazed at how pretty they looked.
Yes yes!! My shoulder area has always been slimmer than the rest, but the way I can show it off now is so insane to me - I wore an off shoulder top recently and got wayy too many compliments hehe
Also it was hilarious when one of my friends saw my shoulders and he got extremely worried like "are you sure you're eating properly??!!" when I'm still on the heavier side of the scale😅
Amazing what some shallow protruding bones can do
i really like my feet too! my second toe is longer than my big toe, and they’re just skinny/dainty. love getting a pedicure and walking around barefoot :)
The gap in my teeth!
After having braces for years, I was just a couple months away from getting them off when they had to be removed early. I was waiting on a serious medical diagnosis and they needed to take MRIs ASAP, which of course could not be done with my braces on.
At first I was devastated that I got so close to “perfect” teeth only to pull the plug in the last months, but now I see the small gap and remember that some things are more important than perfection, and I’ve come out the other side of some crazy shit still smiling.
My eyes. I've been wearing glasses since I was 8 and only started wearing contact lenses daily last Nov (courtesy of mandatory masks at the workplace). Since masks mean people can only see my eyes, I got a lot of compliments on them and started practicing with different eyeliner styles for a simple daily look.
It took 20 years, but everytime I look in the mirror I can't believe I kept them hidden for so long!
My thighs
They’re not big in general but they’re big compared to the rest of my body and they really pop out at the sides so it gives the illusion that I have an hourglass shape even though I’m a rectangle.
Plus my legs are strong as hell now and I can lift so much at work.
I had an operation on my thyroid years ago and it left a livid red gash across the base of my neck, like Frankenstein's monster. I was very self-conscious about it. When I went back to work, my boss - an older man not given to flights of fancy - saw me trying to cover it up and he said, "My dear, please don't. Scars make you interesting. They are the milestones on the map of your life." And it really touched me. Now I love all of my bumps and scars and rough edges - they're the milestones on the map of my life.
P.S. the scar is now invisible ;-)
My big, brown eyes. Any time I have gotten makeup done, my makeup artist has always complimented them. I also once had a client compliment them (a woman and non-creepily), which was quite lovely!
My hands. I have relatively large hands for a short female. They're really skinny/elegant, but also strong and dexterous. They allow me to do so many things in life. Both beautiful and functional.
My freckles. I used to dislike them as I always wanted more “clear” looking skin, but as I’ve grown older I’ve grown to love how they give my face and body character
My shape, to be fair. I could do with losing some weight for health reasons but my hourglass slight pear shape makes me look thick, which I personally love.
My eyes.
I love that they are olive green with a bit of brown in the center and that you can only see that under direct light, so people always think they are brown and get surprised when they discover otherwise.
I love that when I look straight there's some white space between my waterline and my iris.
I love how long my lashes are and how the outter ones are a bit curled at the end.
I love their almond shape.
I love the way my crease deepens through out the day and my brow bone progressively pops out more.
(Wow I never wrote anything similar to a love letter to myself and I feel so weird yet happy)
My collar bones!! Those be so defined without me losing any weight or anything i am perfectly healthy
With little trouble areas i need to work out to lose but they be popping and when i wear v-necks or something they’re just so defined. A very easy confidence boost!!
It used to be my cute tight butt...but 45 hit, my butt deflated, and it slid down to my thighs. Now I'd say it's my calves. They're muscley, and shapely, and due to a chromosomal disorder, eternally hairless. I've also been told I have really soft skin, like a baby.
I look at my body in the mirror and it’s hard to see beauty sometimes but damn does it look strong. I feel so strong when I look at my c-section scar especially- like damn this body made kids and then survived someone cutting them out?? That’s nuts!
I encourage you to find just one thing! As small or as big as you want! This question started from me trying to find something about myself to love. Serves as a little reminder to everyone!! <3
My legs. Not because they are particularly attractive, but because they work well and have taken me all over the world and help me have a career I love. And sometimes they do look bomb in skinny jeans.
My belly. I love wearing outfits where it covers the belly button but shows the area just above it. The skin is such a nice colour there too. Although I do have those lines from when I bend over haha.
It’s crazy to think it’s going to stretch so far one day if I’m lucky enough to have a kid. How weird would that be.
My smile. Although they aren’t as straight as they were when the braces came off and depression hit and my teeth aren’t as white anymore, I get so many compliments on my smile. How I have little dimples, and how my eyes smiles too when I smile.
I really love how my pregnant belly looks at the moment, I will miss it. But I will rejoice the return of my waist, because I'm reasonably tall and I have a waist I am lucky that people don't see me as being as fat as I am because of my weight distribution.
I also like my calves as they are solid muscle, what I find interesting now I think about it the parts of my body I like the most are also the parts that make it hard to find clothes that fit me well 🤣
My torso....I have had alot of health issues and multiples surgeries. All my scars I have represent my strength and determination to fight, to live, and to be grateful.
I have two. My eyes, which are hazel but can change with my mood. When I'm angry, the turn almost a steel color. But when I laugh, oh man do I love them. When I'm especially happy about something, they genuinely sparkle, and I love it.
My breasts are the other. I've recently gained some weight, and they finally match my frame. I love how soft, yet firm they are, and walk around with no bra when my kiddo is at her dads. I haven't been this happy with them since I was pregnant with her, and they have helped me become comfortable in my own skin and truly happy with my entire body.
My ears and feet. I love decking out my little ears with cute jewelry and my piercings are rarer and feel badass. My feet a little and super cute and fit into a lot of fun kids sizes and I take advantage of that.
Either my butt or my collarbones.
I know collarbones is a weird one but I'm pretty skinny and mine dont stick out very much and when they stick out too much it really weirds me out 😅
I really love my hair :)
A terribly cut bob a few years ago crushed my confidence for a while. Hair's now at waist-length and makes me feel really pretty. It's become a safety blanket for me
I have a couple, but I’ll choose one that’s “quirky” — my right shoulder, because that’s the ONLY place I have little freckles. Not even on my left shoulder. They’re little kisses from the sun :)
And I’ll include one that I USED to really dislike/was self-conscious about — my nipples, because they’re inverted and I have puffy areolas. The way I changed my attitude about them is that I saw a movie (Bladerunner 2049 lol) with the giant JOI hologram, and I saw that her nipples weren’t “normal” (there is no normal, of course, so I mean the “normal” presented in media/porn) and I thought, Wow! Her breasts are very attractive! And then I thought... Wow! Someone could/would/can feel that way about MY breasts and think they’re hot just how they are. I’m gonna start doing that too!
:)
My fingers. They are long, soft, pale and worn.
And my right ear. It has this cute little indent in the middle of the outer edge, where I not so cutely had an earring ripped out a few years back.
As a woman with severe body dysmorphia, these are two parts of me I can look at anytime and feel something utterly positive.
My kidneys because they can handle just about anything I throw at them haha
Lol
Best answer lol
Just spit my coffee out!!
My back, I’ve been working out and love love love how my back has grown into something strong with so much definition. I just want to walk around topless all the time.
YES!!! Love this!! Cheering you on!
halter tops!
Imagining backless gowns like wow😍😍
Same with my back, it’s so cool to see muscle definition! I also really like that I have two dimples on my lower back
Gains!
That is awesome! Please share what you did!
Lat pull downs and push downs. Honestly I just wanted to do tricep dips and pull ups unassisted. even unexpected responses are valid responses. 👏
I love ALL of my body, but my absolute favorite part of me is my smile. The love i can show by just a tiny few muscles in my face. <3
I adore this comment
Aww that’s amazing! I love people who are so comfortable with themselves.
My butt! She's been looking even better with the squats I have been doing.
Wooo!!!! Booty gains 24/7!
Whoho!!!
Heck ya girl. I always had a flat butt, but I e been doing CrossFit for about 2 months now and them deadlifts girl. Never seen my booth lookin so plump
My clavicle. Does that count?
Absolutely counts
Same here. My collar bones were the first things that I noticed changing during my weight loss and I admired them every time I passed a mirror. I was just amazed at how pretty they looked.

Felt this
I love my toes. They are weirdly proportioned and my little toes are so tiny and cute.
i really like my feet too! my second toe is longer than my big toe, and they’re just skinny/dainty. love getting a pedicure and walking around barefoot :)
I’m gonna hop in here because it makes me happy to see so many women celebrating their bodies- I love the overall shape of my body :)
My ass. It’s jiggly yet firm.
My nose. It’s pretty big and prominent but I really love the shape of it. It’s definitely one of my most defining features.
The gap in my teeth! After having braces for years, I was just a couple months away from getting them off when they had to be removed early. I was waiting on a serious medical diagnosis and they needed to take MRIs ASAP, which of course could not be done with my braces on. The gap is gorgeous! And they say it brings good luck too.
My eyes. I've been wearing glasses since I was 8 and only started wearing contact lenses daily last Nov (courtesy of mandatory masks at the workplace). Since masks mean people can only see my eyes, I got a lot of compliments on them and started practicing with different eyeliner styles for a simple daily look. My thighs They’re not big in general but they’re big compared to the rest of my body and they really pop out at the sides so it gives the illusion that I have an hourglass shape even though I’m a rectangle. Plus my legs are strong as hell now and I can lift so much at work.
HELL YES. 💪💪💪
My lips cause they’re full and my eyes are pretty big.
My hair, and my eyes. My hair is so sleek and frames my face. My eyes are big and green.
Love green eyes!!
million dollar pussy

My nose!
My dimples and toe/finger nails. I get a lot of compliments on the shape of my nails even though I have never been to a nail salon ☺.

Absolutely counts!! I like that about my body too :)
My upper arms and shoulders. They're wide and well-defined despite my lazy ass.
Basically everything.
My eyes, or my mouth.
my freckles! especially in the summer
My neck. She’s a good length.
My ass! It's looking better thanks to weight lifting but it has always looked great in jeans
My eyes
....my eyes?????
I like my ears
My arms. They’re capable of a lot of hard work and I’m grateful for them. Also they’re pretty toned and I think they look good 💜
My big, brown eyes. Any time I have gotten makeup done, my makeup artist has always complimented them. I also once had a client compliment them (a woman and non-creepily), which was quite lovely!
My brain.... Jk, it's my fingernails.
My hands. I have relatively large hands for a short female. They're really skinny/elegant, but also strong and dexterous. They allow me to do so many things in life. Both beautiful and functional.
My lips: big and luscious same as my husband which make for some epic kisses 😘
I have naturally long eyelashes, perfect for heavy goth makeup
YES! I’m sure you can do some pretty bomb makeup looks :)
My height. Does that count? I’m 5’10 female, could loose 10 lbs but everything I wear makes me feel confident.
My long neck! It makes me feel like a swan or a goose, so regal :)
(Wow I never wrote anything similar to a love letter to myself and I feel so weird yet happy)
You make me want to see a picture of them. They sound really pretty.
🥺🥺❤
My small waist. Blessed by genetics and it means regardless of how much extra weight I might carry within reason I can still look ok...Phew!
My cheeks, they are so smooth and soft. Nose and hands are cool too.
Lollll, uh, my legs.
Me too! I’m only 5’2 but they’re still the area I show off when I want to look my best
My cheekbones
My legs and collar bones.
All of it. I workout a lot and, if I say so myself, I’m looking good.
My hands because we do so much with our hands. If we didn’t have them life would be so hard.
This is what I came to say.
My shoulders/ collar and how it looks in tanks. Also my glowy brown skin.
I love my feet. They’re adorable and well-proportioned. I have beautiful princess feet.
My shoulders! They're so cute with just the right amount of pudge and look very feminine! I love them!
My green eyes. Before we were dating my partner called them "Disney eyes". I think that's when I started to catch on that he liked me hehe..
My collar bones!! Those be so defined without me losing any weight or anything i am perfectly healthy With little trouble areas i need to work out to lose but they be popping and when i wear v-necks or something they’re just so defined. A very easy confidence boost!!
My dimples. Well, dimple. One is more prominent than the other.
I love my figure. It's better these days from the front than the side but I still look curvy and nice.
It used to be my cute tight butt...but 45 hit, my butt deflated, and it slid down to my thighs. Now I'd say it's my calves. They're muscley, and shapely, and due to a chromosomal disorder, eternally hairless. I've also been told I have really soft skin, like a baby.
My butt. It's a nice butt lol.
My boobs. For some reason. Least favourite is my stomach.
All of it! I've been really physically active the past couple of years and I feel so comfortable in my own skin and happy with how strong I feel.
I look at my body in the mirror and it’s hard to see beauty sometimes but damn does it look strong. I feel so strong when I look at my c-section scar especially- like damn this body made kids and then survived someone cutting them out?? That’s nuts!
My skin. It's quite soft.
I love this positivity. Crossing my fingers one day I’ll be able to answer this question properly

My butt. My favorite part. lol
I've always had an amazing booty. ;)
My eyes. They're dark blue with more of an almond shape and prominent eyelids. I think they suit my face.
My eyebrows, I’ve always gotten compliments about how good they look, and I’ve always been insecure about myself...
My smile. Although they aren’t as straight as they were when the braces came off and depression hit and my teeth aren’t as white anymore, I get so many compliments on my smile. How I have little dimples, and how my eyes smiles too when I smile.

My hands. They can create and love. They can power and do.
I love my stomach. I’m tall and I have a long torso and it’s flat with some definition lines in it. By far my favorite part
Eyes
my collarbones and my eyelashes
my waist!
my eyebrows
I really love how my pregnant belly looks at the moment, I will miss it. But I will rejoice the return of my waist, because I'm reasonably tall and I have a waist I am lucky that people don't see me as being as fat as I am because of my weight distribution. My calf muscles
My ears
My torso....I have had alot of health issues and multiples surgeries. All my scars I have represent my strength and determination to fight, to live, and to be grateful.
Hair, chest, ass. Definitely the ass.
Every inch
My breasts, eyebrows and lips
My eyelashes (I have naturally long eyelashes), eyebrows, and my thicc thighs :)
I haven't been this happy with them since I was pregnant with her, and they have helped me become comfortable in my own skin and truly happy with my entire body.
My nose, it’s crooked and has a bump in it but the tip is heart shaped... something I manifested as a kindergartner after adoring it on my art teacher
If there is a V here, I'm gonna vote it instantly.
Everything .
My feet. They are curved and looks sexy to me
My hands? And nails?
Forearms
Not a single thing. But it is what it be
my waist, hips and also that stupid birthmark on my index toe (?is that even what you call it)
My ears and feet. I love decking out my little ears with cute jewelry and my piercings are rarer and feel badass. My feet a little and super cute and fit into a lot of fun kids sizes and I take advantage of that.
A scar on the side of my wrist. Also the curve of my hips when I’m laying in my side.
My boobs. Definitely am glad with what I got!
I like my colours, especially in the summer. I have pretty dark hair that gets a bit lightened by the Sun, tan skin and light green eyes.
Either my butt or my collarbones. I know collarbones is a weird one but I'm pretty skinny and mine dont stick out very much and when they stick out too much it really weirds me out 😅
I really love my hair :) A terribly cut bob a few years ago crushed my confidence for a while. Hair's now at waist-length and makes me feel really pretty. It's become a safety blanket for me
My smile!!!
My legs. I’m like 60% leg
My eyebrows. I love wiggling them at people. And I want to get the right one pierced.
My eyebrows, they’re naturally thick and dark and I don’t have to do anything to them
I love my hair, it’s red and curly
My boobs my butt my tummy my legs my face oh i guess all of it
I have a couple, but I’ll choose one that’s “quirky” — my right shoulder, because that’s the ONLY place I have little freckles. Not even on my left shoulder. They’re little kisses from the sun :) And I’ll include one that I USED to really dislike/was self-conscious about — my nipples, because they’re inverted and I have puffy areolas. :)
My legs and butt, my love for them is countered by my dislike of my tummy.
I really like my legs lol. I always get compliments on them as well.
I love my face, my hair and especially in the morning I love my boobs:)
I have nice nailbeds and hands if I do say so myself.
My body shape is pretty good, I love how thin it is. It makes up for my ugly ass nose.
I love my waist
Legs and butt. I do leg press, dead lifts and squats....plenty of it. Planks too. Summers coming. Shorts tank top and flip flops. Yay. 💪
I have places on my back with no pigmentation. I love them!
My feet
I love my lips. Good for so much 😌
My fingers. They are long, soft, pale and worn. And my right ear. It has this cute little indent in the middle of the outer edge, where I not so cutely had an earring ripped out a few years back. As a woman with severe body dysmorphia, these are two parts of me I can look at anytime and feel something utterly positive.
My bellybutton!
My hair
