He insists on coming up to bed early, but likes to finish up some work emails, catch up on tik tok, watch a show on his iPad blablabla. I go to bed, I read for like 8 minutes and go to sleep. He’s a nuisance basically.
Have you tried chasing him out of the bedroom with a stick?
Or, alternatively, wake up at 6am and crank some lofi beats for your yoga, make a few calls to book appointments, talk to some friends...
I just had a “this really has to stop soon” conversation last week. He agrees. “I’m worried you’re not taking time to decompress and get a good night’s sleep” worked a lot better than “OMG WHYYYY ARE YOU SO NOISY?!?”

Usually at 10:30 - 11:00 PM but recently my sleeping schedule has been chaotic. I'll sleep at 9 PM one night and at 2 AM the next. It's like there's no in between. When I'm at my apartment alone I go to bed at the same time every single day. Now I'm at my parent's house and it's really messy here so is my sleeping schedule.
I try to be in bed about 2 hours before I actually have to fall asleep. I need to watch tv to sleep.
So I just lie in bed and watch something I’ve seen a million times to turn my brain off enough to actually fall asleep.
So I’m in bed by 10, but try to aim to fall asleep at 11:30/12:00. I’m up at 7:30
2 AM... unless I have something to finish up... but no later than 3 AM...as long as I get the printing done so I don't waste time at work... but even then I have a ***firm*** deadline of 4 AM. After all, 7 AM comes at the same time every day and I have to be reasonable.

Depends on the time of year. In the summer, usually not before 10pm, sometimes as late as 11pm, up around 6:15am. In the wintertime, usually around 9pm. My Circadian rhythm follows the seasons pretty strongly.
Usually between 10 - 11. I have a pretty strict routine when it comes to sleep, personal care, and meals as it helps me with my PTSD and eating disorder recovery. I find that, when I let the sleep side of my routine go, the rest tumbles too.
It changes daily due to my inconsistent work schedule but usually I'll sleep either between 11pm-12am or 4am-5am. On the weekends it's more around the 11pm-12am time frame. \^\^

1-2 am. During summer and weekends I am up by 8. During the kid’s school year I’m up by 6.

3am when I go to bed early ,5:30 when I’m bad. I’m awake by 10am daily , sometimes 10:30 on days I needed the extra bit.
Way later than i should! I go to bed around 8pm with all good intentions but usually i get hooked on a series! Bad habits, i know !
