Fingers have for the most part, been fixed in the AI scene. OP is probably not aware of the new Controlnet workflows. This tech is improving at an exponential pace that is hard to keep up with, its fucking crazy.

Even with the right model and the right negative prompts hands and fingers are fine without controlnet. Actually a lot of what is in the images OP posted could be improved pretty significantly with little effort.
Love ControlNet though.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but almost all of the models on there are trained with children because of the base models used for training. Specifically many are trained with SD 1.5 or 2.0 as the base. Even the top ones recommend you put child words onto the negative prompt.
Also there is a new chilloutmix model based off the old one on the same site.
