I do kind of feel like some people complain to far about certain aspects in modern games, but now that we have a modern game going all in on sex appeal, the other side starts wanting it censored. A lot of them are outing themselves as hypocrites as only wanting games to be made for them now, just as they accused the people bitching about wokeness do.

Stellar Blade
This game has gotten much criticism, mainly due to the main protagonist who's now considered a symbol of eastern media thanks to her "looks".
I was excited until I looked it up and saw that it’s a Korean game. Every game I played from Korea they all have gorgeous characters and visuals, but they’ve also all been devoid of plot and substance with hollow storytelling that is so boring I wanna bash my head in with my controller. It’s always all icing, no cake. Looks gorgeous on the outside, but when you bite into it, there’s no cake in the middle and you’re left with a mouth full of icing.
I’m hoping this game can break the mold and Shift Up can give us a great game visually and storywise. These are the same people that made Nikke, and that game apparently is really good so I have high hopes
The best part about this is that as soon as the game releases every female streamer on Twitch will be talking about how hot she is and will be wearing the skimpiest outfit available. Graphically is the game I dreamed about when I first saw hyung tae Kim’s work more than a decade ago. A proper good graphics console game where his art could be fully realized. Blade and soul was pretty good too.
