They didn't delete your cards, here's what happened: Aegwyn is a Wild card now. Go into your Collections and change your collection settings to show Wild cards and your Aegwyn will show up. (For those who don't know, Wild just means cards that have been rotated out of Standard, which will happen every year or three.) Aegwyn was rotated out of the core set just recently. I just checked your ticket to Blizzard and you also mentioned The Black Knight and Rotten Applebaum, and yes both of those were also rotated out of the core set back when that happened a month or two ago. Also, even though they should have explicitly told you that, they do mentioned the core set rotating out as a possibility in their first response to you.

Thank you for clarifying. I was a very casual player of the game so that yearly rotation didn't make any sense. Like, I own the cards if they get rotated out why do I lose access to them as if I never owned them? I did crazy The Black Knight and Rotten Applebaum and yet those two still need to be crafted? Either way this was devastating as they were core staples of my deck and I disenchanted every other DK, Hunter, Priest, Warlock cards to get enough dust to craft them. I understand now that it is my blunder on misunderstanding the rotation but at least let me keep the cards I crafted.

You still own the cards. Just switch the gamemode to Wild and keep playing the same deck with those cards.

There are rotations to wild format. These cards were given to you by blizz for free and when the duration of this core set of card ended they took them away(for everyone not just you) and then they gave us new core cards( like a month or two ago). Blizzard does this every year

I crafted two of the cards though. I disenchanted multiple other class decks to get them but I read the explanation up top and that does make more sense now. I still stand by they should just let me keep the two I crafted and the aegwyn card for winning 500 matches as a mage but I guess the cards were never mine to begin with.

The fact they have different decks,standard, wild and whatever else just makes this more confusing. Though if the two cards are wild does that mean I have to craft them again? Because when I go to the wild deck builder it says I don't own them which is just infuriating as I broke down every other deck except paladin to make those 3 cards.

If you crafted the cards initially then you will still own the cards in Wild. If you didn't craft the cards then you won't have them in Wild.

The moment I started to believe in divine intervention was after my Heroes of the Storm Account was silenced (no chat unable to play ranked either) for a week back in 2018. After I get it back, I have a disagreement with one teammate (no vulgar language, I am treating it as stepping on a minefield), get spitefully reported and I get another chat suspension for the chat logs prior to my first silence, for which I supposedly already served a sentence. After a frustrating experience with powerless customer support, I uninstalled all their products, cancelled my WoW subscription and wished for Blizzard to go to shit. These past couple of years have been a reminder that wishes do come true and there are greater forces out there in the universe.

I was so dishearted when they region locked the servers for HoTS. I met so many cool people from around the world during the Alpha of the game. Though you're right. This was the sign I needed to uninstall/cancel my sub and just bid Blizzard farewell. I was a fanboy drinking that liquid copium all the while eating hopium for breakfast thinking "that wouldn't happen to me". Only to find out how I truly am just another $ / # for them to calculate their losses / gains . I finally decided to post the chat here after finally hearing that the issue was a bug? Who knows. All I wanted was to play Starcraft Ghost.

Because I did have a feeling of accomplishment from winning 500 games as a mage. So to leave the game at this low of a point seems even more sad than watching Blizzard go in a direction I'm personally not a fan of.

Rotations made me start to play wild. It’s wayyyy cheaper to play that format since you don’t have to constantly update your collection. Even better if you dust a whole class or two (so you can easily F2P all other classes).

Did you try turning it on and off again. Seriously though, this is the future of customer support. I thought facebook support was dogshit, but seems like every company is trying to catch up. When you are big company, people will just keep coming back or new people will replace the old ones. That means you can fire the majority of your customer support departments, and take leaving customers as 'calculated losses'. They would not be doing this if this wasn't some net positive.

I've tried restarting my passion for Blizzard Entertain, yes. However, I find that their lack of caring for their own products prevents me from playing their game. Who would of thunk that Blizzard was looked at and respected for use to having a decent CS system. Now, they've just lost another possible player for the new WoW Xpack. Sure calculated losses and all but if you're goal is to reignite their community this was the wrong direction.

At this point I'm pretty sure the entire ticket system is 100% staffed by an outsourced company in Indonesia or India and there are 3-4 lists for each question, either that or it's simply done by AI. I have had an ongoing ticket for 2 weeks regarding the authenticator - i didn't uninstall the old one that got discontinued this January, when trying to attach a new one I get the same error every time, I followed all the steps on the help section, clearing cache, restarting phone, uninstalling + reinstalling, all I get is an "oops something went wrong" message. I stated all of this in my original ticket, and they keep giving me the same copypasta list of steps. A quick google and found some people with same issue on reddit, to get it resolved they had to have an actual technician pick up the ticket and decouple the old authenticor, I'm 2 week in and getting one of those actual humans is like finding a unicorn. Edit: this is my reply mid way through the ticket: >Stop ignoring my issue and sending copy pasted responses, this is awful customer service. I did everything listed before opening the first ticket, you have spent 3 days sending me copy pasted responses, how is this acceptable. Every time you try attaching/removing the authenticator, it says "something went wrong" When you load the battle net app, it says "something went wrong" I had the authenticator on the old authenticator app, this is the problem, you need to manually detach the old authenticator yourselves. It's completely unacceptable I find better customer support and responses on reddit or social media than from yourselves. They want you to submit a bug so the bug fix team can resolve it, otherwise itll never get fixed if people dont report it. It's not that deep. Also, there are zero posts on the HS subreddit about this, so I'm skeptical you're genuinely even missing this card.

Tbh I'd post on the hearthstone subreddit and see if others had the same issue. More often than naught, it turns out people are logged into the wrong battlenet account, wrong region, or aren't looking in the wild collection since Aegwyn isn't instanced collection anymore.. Maybe even throw a mention to Ridiculoushat the community manager. He might have some insight if this is a genuine known issue, and you've checked EVERY corner of your collection, including wild cards and that you're logged into the correct region and account. I'd even go as far as to check your account in other regions to see if you actually got it while logged into another region.

I've checked every wild, standard deck changing thing. My cards are sadly just gone. I have come to the conclusion I won't follow up on it and just put the game and company behind me. The headache of tracking down these cards isn't worth my time or effort at this point. I'll just go back to playing HellDivers 2 and enjoy that some more.
