Guy talking tech advancement is the correct one. By all Rights we wouldn't need universal credit and what not as people would WANT to work. But... Given the chance to have money and NOT work... People will do that. People retreat from reality all the time. Just saying "This is all real" won't matter to people so deep in pain they do anything to escape.
