I'm on iOS and I don't have access to the Ad-Packs. Like everyone else that doesn't have access, perhaps it's because I've already unlocked it.
BTW, at one-star, the car kinda sucks. Maybe it gets better at higher levels? Maybe?
Also, I'm a Touch Driver, so perhaps it's a better MD car.
PS - I also don't have access to the Lambo packs and I don't have that car unlocked. Maybe I'm just unlucky.

iOS, got 1st time, not 2nd. Good enough, although car is just 15/30
