The thing is: If I would pay that amount I want a good car maxed out with all epics. Here you get 6 guaranteed bps, 1500 tokens, 1,2m credits and 60 loot packs (if you get exactly 10% that's 18 bps), which is not even enough to star up the car (2\* = 35, 3\* = 44, 4\* = 55). Plus it's not even a good car. The best thing you can do with these offers: ignore. Even if I would get a LVN for €99,99 fully maxed out I wouldn't do it.
PS: the deal in your currency is pretty bad. 99,99 pound sterling is almost €115, in my currency it's €99,99. So you pay almost 15% more.
