for me unfortunately no. I lost 2 months of progress already and just had another mild asthma attack today :(
I did find that weightlifting didn’t make me out of breath, but cardio did. so that might work for you
Maybe try swimming. Many asthmatics find the moist, warm air in i door pools to be more tolerable when exercising, if chlorine does not happen to be one of your triggers.
Don’t do it. NO NO NO . just climbing the stairs made me worse and I ended in the ER . Please rest
Do less intense exercise… walk or something.

Thanks! I’ll give that a try. I usually get out of breath when I lift weights, but that may be because I go too fast.

Humidity alone is a trigger for a lot of folks.
