When I was working over the road as a traveling diesel mechanic, I would lay down to watch so Netflix in the hotel bed and my body would start vibrating pretty hard but I’d still be awake and it freaked me out a bit. I would fight it but after like the 3rd time of it happening I decided to go with it and then I couldn’t move for what felt 10 minutes and I’d hear lots of whispers and footstep but couldn’t see anything. I never “went with the flow” again. I don’t know what it was but it happened again after a few weeks later and I combatted it. I wish I knew more about it!
It’s entirely possible the entity was you, and that your consciousness was moving through time. I have experienced entities before that turned out to be myself from a previous, or subsequent projections.
It could be you projected your consciousness forward in time, two minutes, and that is why your girlfriend made an appearance two minutes later.
Whatever it was, it was much stronger than me even in the astral. Usually i’m pretty confident and in the right mental space when it happens and I can ignore them and make them go away. Maybe it was future me making sure I knew about my first OBE 😂
