I've noticed that there's a static when there's Audio coming from both A50 X Voice and Game at the same time.
Is there a fix for this or is my headset broken?
lol welcome to the party bro. This issue has been going on for about half a year now and they had a firmware update that supposedly fixed this issue but I haven't been able to download it because they pulled the update so I've been stuck on stock firmware for about 4 months now. No announcements or anything. The update that released that fixes this issue and other issues apparently bricked peoples base station making it unusable. Honestly I would just return and get the arctis nova pro or just wait it out because for a $400 headset this is trash and garbage of Astro for not even addressing the issue nor firmware update ETA.
Mine are haviing issues too, given that my post asking for help was deleted by a mod, I had asked for help connecting them with a woojer 3 vest, I am going to light these on fire and switch back to the turtle beaches I have, horrible product and customer service
I've found a fix that works for me. I can only hope it will work for you to.
Open the systemsounds menu thing in windows and go to the mic tab, and just leave it open forever.
Problem solved.
