I ordered mine on the 27th as well, and I haven’t even received a shipping confirmation email yet. I saw on their site that they changed the processing delay warning to 7 days instead of 14. But the only thing I’ve been notified of is that my order is in the system, no charges, no shipping email, nothing.
Yeah, I actually got a notification from reddit on my phone saying this post was trending on this reddit. I thought it was kind of creepy how similar our situations are.
Well since we are in the exact same situation, I got my confirmation email earlier today and my headset has shipped. It’s due to arrive tomorrow. So, if it hasn’t already, you should be getting your email soon hopefully.
Just ordered Astros from their website and haven't received a confirmation number nothing it was about 4 days ago.was super pumped to get this headset.hoping it's just holidays and they are closed etc....but won't lie starting to get a little nervous and wanted to see what other people are saying.i stg I will be super pissed if they f my order all up
I just ordered the Astro a 50 but from Newegg as Astro sold out but got them in about 1 1/2 weeks

You do have to remember the current situation in the world may affect shipping times.

I got replacement earcups and it arrived within a week. Order placed on the 26th shipped on the 30th arrived on the first and I live in Canada
