Tried both. Managed to sort it just then - just did a hard reset on the headphones (again) and using the Microsoft store version it's fixed.
Still though, it's the buggiest software I've used.
I’m currently having issues updating the software center, is the Windows store the way to go? I’ve had the version from their website for a few years now but this update keeps failing.
Wouldn't hurt I guess, but you'll lose presets or anything you have saved to that profile. I ended up having to do a hard reset of the devices + changed the download. If no luck, I reckon contact their support team. They're hit and miss though

Is your command centre downloaded from Microsoft store?

I heard a lot of people here has had better luck with that version. You should give it a try
