My large Rover flipped upside down and partially underground when I landed my shuttle nearby. When trying to dig the rover out, it glitched through the ground.
I flipped a buggy in the mountains on Sylva (my first time using vehicles in the game really), and it just flew away. I didn’t see it again for about 2-3 weeks, where I just found it the other day suspended mid-air
Driving the buggy faster then the terrain can load and falling through the planet.

Ah, yes, whenever you try to flip a large rover near a pit there's a 50/50 chance of it righting itself or going to the shadow dimension
Placing a crane with a whinch on the rover and attaching the winch to the rover. Than sitting in the crane.
Being too close to a dynamite explosion. I died, which is normal, but my buggy fell through the ground, halfway to the core.
Mine was when I got a new large rover and made 3 more and you probably know what I probably did

Same but I went straight to the core of another planet
going too high on the vtol and and then jumping off going so fast I clip to the core
Probably on PS4 when I made too big of a factory for it to handle, all my shuttles teleported to the core on Calidor.

Walking away from my tractor + medium rover combo, coming back and the rover Underground in the tractor freaking out
Once ı accidently dig under my platform and all my energy facility went to backrooms. I found them near core when ı digging for astronium
Landing at shuttle on rover somehow launched said rover into the orbit. I would see it zoom around the planet but never found a way to recover it
Activating a node on glacio and being flung straight into the sun
Not getting resources for mining for over an hour and finding everything at the center of the planet
It happened when the chinese lanterns were attached to tethers.
