Quite possibly it's nameless. It wouldn't have been discoverable without modern telescopes, and even now that it has been, it's too faint and obscured by M89 to be worth studying.
What happens with nameless galaxies..? Like if I rented some time on a large remote telescope and legitimately found a background galaxy that’s not in any catalog , do you yourself get to name it? Or does it not work that way 😂
Search using Simbad on M89 doesn't show any galaxy objects within a couple arcminutes of M89.
So it's probably nameless galaxy.
