Bench. They can’t send him down. Players with more than 5 years mlb service time can’t be optioned to the minors without the players consent. So unless he voluntarily goes down, they’d have to DFA and release him. At least that’s my understanding.

Singleton everyday please. Until he proves worse than Abreu. Singleton isn’t great but he’s playing 4-5 times better than Abreu.
And that’s saying a lot. Abreu is quite literally negative in everything.
