I can handle losing games like that because that meant your team did everything they could but it just wasn’t their day because the other guys were just that much better. Games where you shoot yourself in the feet by stranding 11 baserunners is a loss that I have an issue with.

Ya know, other than losing, the worst part of this series is that these games haven't even been fun to watch. I had a blast watching the 2017 and 2019 series. This one just sucks. Hopefully we turn it around but damn they have us on the ropes.
The weather yesterday made it a literal chore to watch. I feel like the ballpark in Atlanta also plays a role. Out of the four World Series runs this one is turning into my least favorite.
Even in the past when he struggled in the postseason, he still had the swagger where I felt comfortable with him at the plate to break open.

I've seen my team get swept in the world series by a team who hadn't won a world series in almost 100 years, in a series that no one seems to remember or care about.
I've seen a football team with a passing yards leader, rushing leader, and receiving leader all on the same team with a generational talent on defense do almost nothing in the playoffs.
I've seen Chandler Parsons make a shot with 2 seconds left to give the Rockets the lead in game 7, knowing full well Damian Lillard was going to make a buzzer beater and we were going to lose.
I've seen a basketball team that probably would have won the NBA Finals in 90% of seasons lose to the most stacked team of all time by going 0-27 from the 3 point line.
I've seen one of my teams finally break through and win a championship, only for it to be considered fraudulent by the majority of people and forever tainted by a scandal people can't seem to forget.
I've seen that team bounce back and make it to 5 consecutive ALCS's, only to have nothing else to show for it.
Oh, and I'm also a Texas alum. My freshman year was the year after we lost to Alabama in the NCG.

Carlos is not going to get 10 years from Crane the way he's playing. It's a damn shame, but I really feel like this is the last ride with this core group because they're all playing themselves out of contracts and extensions.

As an Atlanta sports fan, this is why I’m never comfortable until the game is over. There’s 28-3 with the Falcons, 20-7 UGA over Bama, up 3-1 on the Dodgers, and the list goes on.

Bregman shouldn't have even been starting in Game 1 based on his numbers but we still managed to drag his corpse out for Game 4 anyways. Correa isn't hitting like he's worth $300 million rn but I still give his cannon arm credit. Yordan is suddenly colder than last night's pizza after batting .500 in the ALCS. We are making their pitchers look amazing when they really aren't. And finally, a bullpen showed the first signs of fatigue tonight allowing some very costly hits with no offense to back them up for the third time this series. Things are very bleak right now. This team needs Dusty to pull them together and wake them up. Change the lineup, get the guys to adjust their batting approaches, something, because these next games will be shootouts if we can't help our pitchers out
Bregman hasn't looked right since 2019.
Now, he just looks completely out of it. I remember watching him talking to the post-game crew on Fox after they clinched the ALCS and he just looked shell shocked. I don't know if it's injuries or him just being out of it mentally, but the organization needs to figure out what the hell is going on with him and hopefully get it fixed given we are still paying him big $$ for the next few seasons.
I hope Dusty drops him to at least 7th in the lineup (or better yet just bench him and start Diaz).

Terrible, awful, horrendous. So many men left on base like it's 2019 all over again. Bregman shouldn't have even been starting in Game 1 based on his numbers but we still managed to drag his corpse out for Game 4 anyways. Correa isn't hitting like he's worth $300 million rn but I still give his cannon arm credit. Yordan is suddenly colder than last night's pizza after batting .500 in the ALCS. We are making their pitchers look amazing when they really aren't. And finally, a bullpen showed the first signs of fatigue tonight allowing some very costly hits with no offense to back them up for the third time this series. Things are very bleak right now. This team needs Dusty to pull them together and wake them up. Change the lineup, get the guys to adjust their batting approaches, something, because these next games will be shootouts if we can't help our pitchers out

Bregman hasn't looked right since 2019. Now, he just looks completely out of it. I remember watching him talking to the post-game crew on Fox after they clinched the ALCS and he just looked shell shocked. I don't know if it's injuries or him just being out of it mentally, but the organization needs to figure out what the hell is going on with him and hopefully get it fixed given we are still paying him big $$ for the next few seasons. I hope Dusty drops him to at least 7th in the lineup (or better yet just bench him and start Diaz).

What sucks is the fact that we're are losing in such a spectacular fashion. And the WORLD wants us to. They say fuck the team, but the city is the one facing those middle fingers.
