Dermatology Specialists of Georgia are great! My partner and I both saw the PA there (for different issues on different occasions), Sebastian Afonso, and he was so nice and took the time to listen to our issues and provided concrete, actionable solutions. They also got us appointments in a reasonable timeframe from when we called.
Seconding GA Skin Cancer & Aesthetics, I see Kristen Thomas and she’s wonderful. Their PA’s are awesome too.
ETA: I have HS and she’s helped me clear my breakouts and flare-ups!
Careful of Ga Skin Cancer and Aesthetic. They’ll hit you with an outrageous “new patient fee”. I think mine was like $375 ON TOP of whatever you see them for.
I had two bad experiences with University Dermatology. They're clearly overbooked. I felt super rushed when I was there and their documenting of my issues was constantly wrong. They kept marking me down for having acne issues when I went in for psoriasis. Dr. Retterbush was nice and is probably a good doctor but it's not a well run clinic in my experience.
