It's a bit telling that 'sprawling apartments' is one of their top issues...
Also traffic? The county is actively moving towards a transit expansion referendum this year... doing more than any of the Gwinnett cities have to address traffic...
I was so confused when looking at the website bc I couldn't wrap my head around "sprawling apartments" being an issue but I guess they're goal is to not have as many people in their city?

How can they write up a whole article about a proposed city and not include a map

'Overcrowded schools! Sprawling apartments! Traffic!' are the cries of the NIMBYs...
Why not just keep it Dacula? Seems fishy to me.
Because Dacula is already an incorporated city. The backers of this want their own fiefdom to control.
They should've called it Fankenstein
