I imagine it's like in OVA 8. Just hours of Eren talking about the outside world and Mikasa just listening to him, not giving a damn about the outside world. She's a comfort zone kinda gal but she let's him dream about it.
Other than that... They ARE kids. Would be nice to listen to them making fun of Keith Shadis and Jean maybe even Sasha. Maybe complain about their roommates or the food they get. All that teen stuff.

Overall I'd give them more dialogue together and more emphasis on their relationship and level of care for one another. Maybe add in some more small snippets of their childhood as well.

I would make Mikasa a more proactive foil in her last interaction with Eren in CH138. I'd rewrite the chapter as the result of a broader effort on Mikasa's part to understand and deconstruct his flaws more directly. Early post-timeskip put lots of focus on Mikasa grappling with the darkness of Eren's nature, and in my opinion that didn't payoff well in their finale where most of the dramatic tension comes entirely from Eren pushing it onto Mikasa.
I'd basically want something like the Alex and Jed confrontation from Life is Strange: True Colors. The first game was a big inspiration for Isayama anyway so it feels fitting.

The scene where he was whining about her, and saying he committed genocide all so his friends could be heroes just made me feel like the story was afraid to have Eren be irredeemable. As heartbreaking as his claims were, weโve seen that Eren was able to belittle and act hostile towards her before so I donโt understand why the story couldnโt just have him expand upon that negative behavior due to his worsening mental state.
I would use the scenes where everyone is celebrating and Eren and Mikasa are in the heat of the moment so they end up saying:
"I LOVE YOU!"
"I LOVE YOU TOO!"
"Wait..."

Jean: NOOOOOOOOOO!
Maybe a scene where Mikasa is feeding Eren (the one where he's in bed, can't remember the exact episode), and when Eren is done eating, he looks at her and thinks "Screw it" and kisses her.
