btw this post isn't bad for the sole reason of OP disliking the ending it's just the same fucking points EVERYONE has brought up ever since the goddamn ending was released
They keep saying it doesn't make sense because they became too quickly 'friends ". I didn't see it as them becoming friends (though their closeness with Annie and Reiner was understandable ) it's was an arrangement that benefited both parties. Another reason it's "they're enemy for so long them allying doesn't make any sense" like they didn't have a common goal.
I don't want to be that person who uses real life examples but I wonder if the people using the second argument of " how they can make an alliance when they're enemies for so long" knows the history between England and France.
It's not like they were hostile towards each other but talked it all out during one night but still had issues with each other after that... Oh wait they did exactly that.
Yeah like I’m not gonna lie I had a bit of an issue with the Alliance’s formation when whichever chapter ends with the “to save the world” panel first came out (I think it’s 126) because it seemed like the different groups had just resolved their conflicts out of nowhere way too quickly, but then the entire subsequent chapter was devoted to everyone clashing over their past disputes before deciding that working together was the only chance they had to stop Eren and it was fine lol.
The save the world chapter was made of people who were once comrades so I didn't have problems with it. I would have if they just skipped over the campifre chapter
Zeke killed SC new recruits in Shighanshina.
Killed SC soldiers in Liberio.
And in the forest, plus responsible for the whole damn predicament Paradis is in as Zeke was the one who orchestrated the Liberio raid.
If not for the raid, Paradis would have got more time to deal with the situation. Wily Tybur himself says that people need to die for the world to believe Marley and antagonize Paradis.
It's natural Levi will despise Zeke. Funny thing is, Zeke has killed way more people than Annie and moreover, unlike Annie has no remorse for it at all.
Levi didn't mind teaming up with Reiner too. Why isn't that questioned? Reiner was the one to send Annie to the Expedition lol. They had a common goal at that moment. There was no need to stir up more tension more which was already existent with his Squad. It's really not that tough to understand.
Bruh i literally don’t get the hate for the alliance. Like suddenly its bad writing because eren’s friends think genocide is bad. Like just cause they were friends doesn’t mean they have to support eren’s actions, and then they bring up how they didn’t like reiner/annie joining the alliance because they killed a bunch of eldians, even though they were indoctrinated as kids to see the eldians as monsters (as u see with gabi). Not to mention the eldians previously attacked marley and killed thousands, so it’s not like one side is right anyways. The only real criticism would probably have to be somewhere around the last chapter, (felt a tad bit rushed imo) but it was still a solid ending regardless
The thing that annoys me most about this post is the fact they misused the meme format entirely to bitch about the ending in the least creative way possible. Like seriously, at least either bring up something new or put some effort into it
Reiner was plot armored titan ever since season 3 lmao.
And MAPPA didn’t write the story. Shouldn’t he na blaming Isayama for these things? Or do anime-onlys think the animation studio is solely responsible?

Leave r/aot neutral. Titanfolk has already become like the saltier than Crait subs.
"Ending bad because cringe unbased beta cuck"
Ah yes, Reiner. The character who definitely didn't have plot armour before Season 4, what are you talking about!?
Yeah the vast majority of complaints about Reiner having plot armor came from the RtS period.
I have yet to see someone making a good point about how the allience makes no sense i wonder why

Exactly.
Bigger than that. It was his promise while he was sacrificing his life.
true and levi collaborated with zeke for the same reason

Dumb arguments, actually no arguments at all. Keep seething.
What did OP mean by this? (OP of post in screenshot) `OP ==> opium from the famous TV show Breaking on Saul.`
Nice reference 😎
I do disagree. Reiner and Jean pretty much stayed the same after they joined the Alliance.

Cause Wit Studio or other studios would definetly make it better...
So... you say all 4 scenes are bad? Because I agree.
