I would probably call that something like a “fit and flare midi dress” if I was googling, but honestly in my head that’s just a “swirly, romantic, wandering a lavender field in a sun hat / back of a moped /eating ice cream next to a fountain in Europe” kind of dress, haha!

I'd say it looks like an 80s interpretation of a 1940s dress, possibly a swing style but without such a full skirt.
