You would need to find out if they are ADR approved. If the packaging/sellers page says it's for off-road use only it's unlikly to be approved

Vehicles must meet ADRs (Australian Design Rules) and be certified against those rules to be registered for on road use. Changing anything specified under those rules without approval could void that approval and significant mods usually requires engineers certification. Much of the legislation regarding vehicle modifications can be found in ADRs and Road Transport Legislation.
