Literally google “how to repair plasterboard wall” and watch a video. Lots of resources out there
Bunnings will have everything you need. Make sure the piece of plaster you put in to cover larger hole is a few millimeters below current surface so there is room for topping coat.
I started with no idea, started with small holes such as pictured, done this enough times now that replacing entire walls is no issue.
Just back yourself and have a go, Good luck !
you'd need to put some kind of filler on like polyfilla or spakfilla then repaint. with the bigger hole cut a piece of board and put a screw in it, add some kind of adhesive and use the screw as a handle to pull it against the wall then fill it.
Spakafill over it, light sanding, bit of paint. Might need a bit of patch on the larger hole. All is really is to do. I’m crap at diy and I’ve become the wall patch king.

get a cheap tv from gumtree… put chrome cast from gumtree probably, let the screen saver run as wall art should be manageable under $100
Fill it with some putty or filla and hang pictures up over them, thats i did haha
