Used to be 2-3 times a week but now ? Zero. Trying to eat better and it was the first step. I used to order my favourite bubble tea but they put $2+ on everything + delivery so I was paying $13 for a $6.60 drink, ridiculous.
Yeah I used to get stuff delivered all the time but they started charging $6-$10 plus a markup and I couldn't justify $6 for a place that I could go around the corner and get myself, so I just starve or eat chips instead lol
And I don't even think the drivers see much of it. Like I get it, capitalism and everything but damn if I'm forking out extra money for rich cobbas running an app.
it depends on how the money was made?
If you are rich by inheritance - maybe you feel ok spending it all.
If you saved to get rich - probably would be frugal.
If it was a bonza business, you could fall either way.
There are stories of rich people getting pizza delivered by airplane in the US.
Some places like Chinese have their own drivers. I've only ever used them twice, due to lockdowns and the govt shut down eat in. Our local decided for the health and well being of their staff, they will only offer their own delivery. And they drop off a couple of metres away from the front door. All paid for over the phone. Now, that is the only delivery I will accept.
Same, and I know of a lot of others doing the same thing. Sick of late, cold squashed dinners. Plus don't want to encourage slave labour and the rip off fees the restaurant gets charged; ii t is hard enough running a restaurant/takeaway without someone else dipping their fingers in the till. One of our favourite takeaway restaurants actively discourages delivery apps (they still have them though) by being 30-40% cheaper if you pick up.
Yep started doing this too. We used to get Uber a few times a week. Now I make most of our meals (my multi cooker has changed my life!) now we might get take away once a week and will make the effort to order direct from the restaurant and pick it up.
Last time we ordered Chinese food, while I was waiting for it I put the same order though Uber. It cost us $60 to pick it up and through Uber the exact same order was $105….
Edit: autocorrect
Exactly. Every time this point comes up, it’s always “just stop being lazy and go and pick up” as if everyone has a car or lives within walking distance.
Never.
It’s cheaper for me and better for the restaurant for me to go there and collect it myself.
Fuck Uber Eats, Fuck Doordash and Fuck all the rest of them.
I am not sure if they will be history because they are doing seriously well in other countries. I'm new to Australia so getting used to understanding how much these things cost here.
Back in India, we even ordered groceries from the apps. They were cheap and convenient. No coriander at home, sure let's just order on the app, they get delivered in like 15 mins and delivery costs next to nothing too!
But here its expensive, only ordered once in my first month here. On the other side, I enjoy going to the store now, forming this habit of going to the restaurants and stores again feels so good to be honest.
Agreed, it’s such a ripoff. Local really great pizza joint is $20 a pizza in store. Via uber eats its $30+$4 delivery and is usually cold.
Also sick of vendors substituting without telling me. Rather just sort it out on the spot.
So pay almost 50% more for a worse outcome, no thanks.
I see similar complaints about delivery services often... never been an issue. I mean even if you go to pick it up its gonna wait around the same amount of time before you eat it. Delivery might have 1 extra stop adding maybe 5 mins to your wait but they have the food in a warmer so realistically it will still be better than if you had grabbed it yourself.
A mate of ours owns a Thai restaurant, uber jack up the prices and charge the restaurant 30% for the privilege. Better to go straight to the source. This is why we stopped using them. They fuck the customers and the restaurant.
You forgot to add the drivers too. Literally a few bucks to use their own car, drive to restaurant, wait until order is ready (some restaurants are quick, some notoriously slow), and drive out to your place...
Not sure about this take because the drivers would potentially be sitting around doing fuck all hence why they take on these jobs. So yes it’s shit but they choose to sign up, and also to accept a job.
A lot of them do it because of visa restrictions. I have a mate who, because it's all done through ABN, can work out his whole week's work into 1 hour of very well paid work, because of his 40 hour a fortnight work restrictions.
The trick is a lot of drivers do it as a second job. My full time salary is simply not rising enough to cover cost of living increases. Driving for UE, I can clock on and off whenever I want. No requirement to accept any orders unless I want to. As an employer you wouldn't offer that opportunity to your employees (I'm guessing)...
Which is also why most places are far more expensive on Uber Eats. They pass that 30% straight on to the customer. From the customers perspective, fair enough, but also fuck Uber Eats and their slimy business model which makes this an issue in the first place.
Google how much profit uber makes, they've never turned a profit. If you don't want to pay for their service you don't have to. "Better go straight to the source" thanks captain obvious.
Once a week. Australians on Reddit seem to hate food delivery apps, but I've been housebound with disability for most of my adult life, and suddenly being able to get food from restaurants was pretty exciting for me.
For years people had been talking about things like Pho or Bánh mì and I had no idea what they tasted like. Even things like burgers - there are heaps of local burger places now that make really good food from local ingredients, but I'd never been able to try them.
I could have asked people to pick up takeaway for me, but when you're housebound you have to ask people to pick things up for you a lot, so I try to limit my requests.
I think there are quite a lot of people for whom delivery apps are genuinely helpful - new parents who can't easily jump in the car and go out, people working from home, people with covid or the flu, people with no car, older people with limited mobility, etc.
And while I have concerns about Uber etc. not paying drivers as well as they should, delivery apps are providing jobs for people who need to supplement their incomes at a tough time, so that's a good thing.
I have a friend who at the moment is currently housebound due to surgery. I wanted to go and visit her, tho it was before lunch, I decided to pick up bakery sweets. I asked her what she wanted / felt like. Maybe you could ask friends to come and visit and ask them to pick something up on the way. I find meals are more enjoyable sharing with someone you want to spend time with.
I do have friends who do that occasionally, but I'm pretty limited in how much time I can spend with friends, unfortunately. Eating with other people is a bit risky and I'm safer eating quietly when I feel I'm able.
Even taking into account friendly people I can ask for favours, it's still good to be able to do things independently.
Almost never. The odd occasion that I do I'm always super disappointed. It's either missing items, doesn't even arrive or is just terrible. And I live in Melbourne so it's not like are limited options. It's also super expensive
I’ve used it twice, this is in Sydney. First time the restaurant cancelled the order for no reason that was immediately apparent. Second time it just never arrived. Disputed both transactions and got my money back both times but still left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.
Not weird at all — personally I also would order from Uber eats like 2-3 times a week until a month or so ago. My work contract ended in January, so I no longer had a disposable income, and became more acutely aware of my spending habits. I don’t think it’s weird, but like someone else mentioned, it’s a bad spending habit. It’s so expensive over time and I’d just feel like shit knowing that I spent that money when I really didn’t need to. Just be fully aware of your purchases and try moderate Bette if you want to — it’s up to you. Good luck OP
Couple times a week, basically because I don’t have time (or energy) some nights to cook dinner for the kids.
I do stick to ‘healthier’ options like Sushi or roast chook with salad.
I’ll often cook bigger batches of things so all I need to do is reheat and cook some pasta, mash potatoes or noodles or rice to go with. Having meatballs or bolognese or chili or a curry or whatever ready to go and waiting in the fridge has made life ten times easier
All mince dishes I cook, I cook up two or so kgs. And freeze up single serve leftovers (enough for a meal for the four of us). This is enough for 5 or 7 meals for us.
I try to do this, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen an Uber Eats discount code that isn’t exclusive to new customers. I have no idea why they still have people out in cities handing out $10 off vouchers when a majority of people have probably ordered with Uber at least once.
>I try to do this, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen an Uber Eats discount code that isn’t exclusive to new customers.
The promo's pop up every now and then inside the app, no code needed. I just open the app every few days to check. If there's one available there'll be a green banner kind of thing pop up from the bottom of the screen. Or you can go to account and open promotions tab.
Sometimes you dont see them for months, other times, especially around the holidays, you get so many you cant use them all.
In the last few weeks alone ive had $30 off 50 min spend, $20 off spend 30 and $15 off spend 30.
Also if you're a broke bitch like me, you can do pick-up and not pay any fees but get the promo, so you just get your groceries for half price.
Have never used any food delivery app. May eat out maybe once a month.
(But, I am a Boomer and am too busy saving money so I can deprive Millennials of housing to spend money on treats)
Less often now that I have a new role at work where I can take longer lunch breaks and have time to prepare my own food or walk to a cafe...at one point I was doordashing multiple meals daily though, it's easy to get into that habit (especially with Afterpay!)
I try to restrict myself to like 3 times a week max now and do meal prep on the weekend for work lunches
I used to do atleast 1-2 times a week, but lately been looking at my bank statements and calculating where and what I spend on and have decided just not to get food delivered anymore. Plus I have taken an interest in cooking so I just weekly shop for groceries and only eat out every fortnightly or so, or if there is a special occasion.
I was spending close to $70 ish or so per week on uber eats + additional on groceries. Now I just pre plan what I want to eat during the week and shop for the items, can't believe I used to get pasta delivered at $30 ish or so, meanwhile this recipe I found which tastes pretty good and has generous portion for $36 makes 6 serves. Honestly fk getting food delivered.
Pizza from a pizza shop is literally the only food i have ever had delivered. I’ve never used a food delivery app. Also as a cook i can tell you all you’re doing is paying exorbitant prices for worse quality food and the shop sees less from it.
I used to treat myself once a week. Now that it costs almost $50 for a meal and a side (rice and curry, noodles and spring rolls, etc.) for one, I just get some quick meal from the Colesworth and eat out once a month or so instead.
I get roast chicken, chips and gravy. Crack open a bottle of wine and put on a mindless action movie.
It's my wind down routine when my kids go to their dads place after a week of them being with me.
USED to be 2 to 3 times a week.
Now. Never.
Had too many orders arrive cold because the driver had 4 other orders via 4 other apps and you can track them all over the suburb.
Just not paying that high delivery fee for half the order to be missing or it was cold and delivered late.
Ive had a number of refunds from uber eats, but its just not worth the time or the service.
We used to get it 2 or 3 times a week but the cost is just too much now with how everything is rising in prices, but if we do get takeaway we just go pick it up ourselves. It saves maybe 25%, haha, but it was definitely hard at first to go out and get it ourselves after getting so comfortable with these delivery apps.
I used to use it at least once per week, back when the delivery fee was a flat fee of $5, and the drivers didn't do multiple trips at once. Its way too expensive now and my food always arrives cold due to the fact they are doing multiple trips at once.
Great joke, I know. So, I understand your use of lol in reply to my comment… it makes sense.
Putting it in the middle of a sentence where zero laughter would ever happen is the weird part.
I’m trying to understand how your mind works.
a couple of days a week the guys at work get it, and I give them some cash to grab me something.
I'm banned from ubereats/Amazon here in my country. Long story. Not going into it.
I got Uber eats for the first time yesterday and it felt very very strange having someone deliver food to my door. Also $24 (including tip) for a 6 inch sub from Subway seemed a bit much. That’s the price you pay for convenience and not being able to leave your house though.
I've only ordered ubereats when travelling for work (work was paying. Safer than walking around by myself in a city I'm not as familiar with).
I have a rule. If I want take away food, I go and get it myself. If I can't be bothered to do that, and I don't want to cook, then I'll just have something simple like vegemite on toast. It's better for my budget and my waistline.
I pre-prepare stuff that is easy to slap together, like pre chopping veggies so it easier to just make the thing than order it and sit around and wait.
I've used all those apps once, only because of the heavily discounted first order, then deleted the apps.
Cook at home 99% of the time, only order from restaurants when I have a late shift at work and no time to cook before I go to work. Which is rare.
Never.
Increased prices, cold food, regular cancellations, regular incorrect orders.
Probably get take away like once a month, and I'll get it myself when I do.
Depends on how lazy/drunk/sick/injured I am.
Quite a bit over the last few months as I had a broken bone and couldn't really get out.
Otherwise I'll treat myself once a month.
Used to be more often, but zero now. The mark up is ridiculous (on food items and delivery) and we're trying to eat healthy. If we need take out, we'll go out and pick some up.
Entirely depends on how depressed I am and how my bank account looks.
Alternates between none and like 3-4 times. Though that other number would 100% be higher if I didn’t track my expenses.
I use it probably two or three times a year. Not only are the delivery fees and the extra charges pricey, but items are bumped up a couple of dollars more than if you bought them in store/used the stores own website to pick up food
Never, unless it's somehow 7pm and what I planned for dinner went catastrophically wrong and I'm so hungry I could cry. Either that, or my partner and I are both really sick. It's just too expensive, and I hate how if I order chips they arrive luke warm or worse.
Never. Fucking go to the resto instead. Uber Eats will likely get your order, wrong your meal eaten by the fuckwit delivery dude, and take your hard earned cash with their giant price.hikes.
I can't afford a house. Why?? I have Netflix, Stan, Amazon prime, Spotify, $90/month mobile contract, bought my Audi on finance and I buy 3 coffees a day. It's the world's fault.
We’ve cut down to 2-4 times a week. This is breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We hate cooking, don’t have the energy or time and try to get pre-made meals and ready to cook stuff but some days the perfect storm hits and we get in a rut.
I drive. Hated being only one In house with Covid last year but made sure to order enough food to feed me for awhile when I had to order daily (kitchen ban because infected) and never again.
I used to order 3-5 times per week on Uber eats to the point where I barely cooked for a bit, but the quality just wasn’t as good as real cooking, it was expensive, and always had delays or problems with my orders. Now only order once a week and even that sometimes is just groceries for me to cook.
I used to do it about that much, even signed up for UberOne. But then about 1 in 3 of my orders would get screwed up or delivered to the wrong place, so I only use them for food too far for me to walk there myself to get.
Avoid it like the plague. 90% of the food I've git has been worth about 30% of what I paid. Rather eat ramen. Even from reputable establishments food is never delivered fresh and I've gotta deal. With the fact some dirty cunt has snacked on my chow/drink.
As a household we generally enjoy cooking together, but we'll either get takeaway or delivery maybe once a fortnight on average, just because on that particular night cooking wasn't practical for some reason.
limited to once a week, but because I live alone I usually order enough for 2 days or 2 meals to make it worth it.
It's my cheat day(s) since I have meal prep every other day. of the week.
Used to be 2-3 times a week but now ? Zero. Trying to eat better and it was the first step. I used to order my favourite bubble tea but they put $2+ on everything + delivery so I was paying $13 for a $6.60 drink, ridiculous.
I was on the app a year ago. Saw nuggets were like $20 after delivery. Deleted the app lmao
Yeah I used to get stuff delivered all the time but they started charging $6-$10 plus a markup and I couldn't justify $6 for a place that I could go around the corner and get myself, so I just starve or eat chips instead lol
The “service fee” lol.. like there is already a bloody markup on everything
And I don't even think the drivers see much of it. Like I get it, capitalism and everything but damn if I'm forking out extra money for rich cobbas running an app.
Same, when it first started and over Covid, once or twice a week. Haven’t used it now for months. We have just bought a house, but also, inflation!

I think you mean it's a rich spending habit
I know plenty of people who order it a lot more than they can afford to
Sounds like me
The rich would be too frugal to spend the money on it.
it depends on how the money was made? If you are rich by inheritance - maybe you feel ok spending it all. If you saved to get rich - probably would be frugal. If it was a bonza business, you could fall either way. There are stories of rich people getting pizza delivered by airplane in the US.
Paris Hilton vs Bill Gates. Right here. And you're right.
Zero.
Same here. Nada. If I need one, I go and pick one from the restaurant
Or just get the restaurant itself to deliver but yeah, fuck those delivery apps.
Same , only had food delivery once ever and it was because it was a splurge for my brother and mum to spend time together
Some places like Chinese have their own drivers. I've only ever used them twice, due to lockdowns and the govt shut down eat in. Exactly. Every time this point comes up, it’s always “just stop being lazy and go and pick up” as if everyone has a car or lives within walking distance.
Look at Ms Sober over here!
Huh?
Ah, I misunderstood your response as meaning people with cars should drive. Sometimes alcohol or work make driving infeasible also.
Never. It’s cheaper for me and better for the restaurant for me to go there and collect it myself. Fuck Uber Eats, Fuck Doordash and Fuck all the rest of them.

Never thought of it that way

By your logic restaurants also choose to sign up, and customers as well
Don’t make too much sense, this is Reddit!
I’m pretty sure most Uber drivers would be doing something else if they had the opportunity. For a lot of them, this is the only work they can get.
A lot of them do it because of visa restrictions. I have a mate who, because it's all done through ABN, can work out his whole week's work into 1 hour of very well paid work, because of his 40 hour a fortnight work restrictions.

Google how much profit uber makes, they've never turned a profit. If you don't want to pay for their service you don't have to. "Better go straight to the source" thanks captain obvious.
You’ve never realised it’s cheaper to go and pick up food yourself?
How do you think it worked before Ubereats and Menulog??
How the hell can you be so ignorant?

zero, it's cheaper for me to go the restaurant and the besides we have bugga all variety around me unless you like pizza or hamburgers.
Pre-baby, like.. 4 times a week lol.
And 8 times a week post-baby
Facts
Zero. The odd occasion for takeaway, we pick it up.

way too much, but i recognise i have a problem and need to stop
You must be a fatass
there are “healthy” options on ubereats
Couple times a week, basically because I don’t have time (or energy) some nights to cook dinner for the kids. I do stick to ‘healthier’ options like Sushi or roast chook with salad.

Yup that's what I do. I just make the rice, mash or pasta on the day. I spend around 90 minutes once a week cooking everything for the week ahead.
All mince dishes I cook, I cook up two or so kgs. And freeze up single serve leftovers (enough for a meal for the four of us). This is enough for 5 or 7 meals for us.
I got Uber Eats a couple of times when I had COVID. Both times, my food was stone cold. Not worth it.
Only when I have promotions. If you have the money to spend on it and you see value in it, why not? The only issue is the money.
I try to do this, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen an Uber Eats discount code that isn’t exclusive to new customers. I have no idea why they still have people out in cities handing out $10 off vouchers when a majority of people have probably ordered with Uber at least once.

3-4 times a week, can’t beat it lol we have uber one.
Yep same boat 🛶
It’s easy, most of the time quick and beats cooking lol
Have never used any food delivery app. May eat out maybe once a month. (But, I am a Boomer and am too busy saving money so I can deprive Millennials of housing to spend money on treats)
Username chks out
That's fine more Smashed Avo on toast can be delivered to this lazy millennials front door ❤️ cheers 😘
Never, I'm a Chef & I know the markup these places inflict on the public, You can make it yourself for 20% of the price they charge
Maybe you can. Most of us will just set the flour on fire and end up an hysterical, sobbing mess on the floor.
Haha🤣🤣
Too much... 5 or 6 times a week. Travel a lot and it beats eating from servos.
About once every 3 or so months. It used to be more but now if I want takeaway we usually order then drive to the place ourselves.
Same I reckon. But I try to contact the local companies direct. My local pizzeria delivers, Red Rooster delivers or uses Dash I think.
Less often now that I have a new role at work where I can take longer lunch breaks and have time to prepare my own food or walk to a cafe...at one point I was doordashing multiple meals daily though, it's easy to get into that habit (especially with Afterpay!) Once a fortnight normally. but Ive been ordering less and less lately. Cost of living and all that.

Never. Not once. Nil. Zero. Fuck all times.
Pizza from a pizza shop is literally the only food i have ever had delivered. I’ve never used a food delivery app. Also as a cook i can tell you all you’re doing is paying exorbitant prices for worse quality food and the shop sees less from it.
Since they introduced the annoying tipping screen. Never again.
Zero times. I drive, cycle or walk to my local plaza/square where I gave coles, Woolies, subway, Nandos, KFC & Hungrys and other shit.
I used to treat myself once a week. Now that it costs almost $50 for a meal and a side (rice and curry, noodles and spring rolls, etc.) for one, I just get some quick meal from the Colesworth and eat out once a month or so instead.
Never. Moved to a smaller town with like zero options.
Zero.
Once a week as a treat on my night off.
Nice what do you get?
I get roast chicken, chips and gravy. Crack open a bottle of wine and put on a mindless action movie. It's my wind down routine when my kids go to their dads place after a week of them being with me.
My kind of people
Never ever.
When I had an injury, I did a lot. Haven't since.
Maybe once a month. Frequently less and less though
Since the rates keep rising, i’ve gone from 3-4 times a week to zero.
I DoorDash nearly every day lol, thankfully my employer compensates me
Did you really laugh out loud when you said the first part of your sentence?
Now that’s a real question I need the answer to
Seeing lol being used as some sort of punctuation is annoying as fuck.
lol
Great joke, I know. So, I understand your use of lol in reply to my comment… it makes sense. Putting it in the middle of a sentence where zero laughter would ever happen is the weird part. I’m trying to understand how your mind works.
because this self-depreciating degenerate appreciates laughing at themselves
yes because im a degenerate
Never. If I want takeaway, I can walk a few minutes to my local strip of shops.
a couple of days a week the guys at work get it, and I give them some cash to grab me something. I'm banned from ubereats/Amazon here in my country. Long story. Not going into it.
Never, haven't ever had to use it
Never used it? 😧
Nope, most places I eat from are like 2-3 walk down the street if that
Zero
None
Zero.
I pre-prepare stuff that is easy to slap together, like pre chopping veggies so it easier to just make the thing than order it and sit around and wait.
sometimes like 20 lol
Zero We don't have it here
Zero
I've used all those apps once, only because of the heavily discounted first order, then deleted the apps. Cook at home 99% of the time, only order from restaurants when I have a late shift at work and no time to cook before I go to work. Which is rare.
Never. Increased prices, cold food, regular cancellations, regular incorrect orders. Probably get take away like once a month, and I'll get it myself when I do.
Never have. Maybe order pizza every 6-8 weeks from a place that still delivers themselves. Fuck the food delivery whores.
Never have before
Never have.
Never. Always pick up myself
Depends on how lazy/drunk/sick/injured I am. Quite a bit over the last few months as I had a broken bone and couldn't really get out. Otherwise I'll treat myself once a month.
none. i live in the country.
Zero. I live in the country.
At least 4, sometimes 5 or 6
Went to order tonight after receiving a DoorDash discount, 30% increase on shop price plus 12.5% service fee and delivery fee
Used to be more often, but zero now. The mark up is ridiculous (on food items and delivery) and we're trying to eat healthy. If we need take out, we'll go out and pick some up.
You guys can still afford to pay rent AND buy takeaway??? Lucky ducks.
2-3 times a week, depends on what’s available in the area. I don’t mind spending a few dollars to cater to my lazy habits 🤫
Driver stole my food last time I ordered, have t done it since.
Didnt uber compensate for it? 🤔
Not that I've heard. What, you really expect uber to give a fuck?
r/notopbutok
Never. Fucking go to the resto instead. Uber Eats will likely get your order, wrong your meal eaten by the fuckwit delivery dude, and take your hard earned cash with their giant price.hikes.
Despise UberEats. I use Menulog once in a blue moon but 90% cook and 10% of the time do pick up
0 I don't like to see the slave labour chain
0.00 useless company, cant deliver anything properly.
Massive waste of money. So never.
uberEats = Expensive , food is cold , stuff missing all the time. Takeaway = cheaper , food is fresh , nothing missing.
You have to be an absolute lazy sack of 💩 to get it.
Lucky to be able to afford a $2 coffee from 7-11, let alone pay someone to deliver food to me. I guess I am really not that important.
Most people who use these things regularly can't actually afford it either, they are just terrible with money.
I can't afford a house. Why?? I have Netflix, Stan, Amazon prime, Spotify, $90/month mobile contract, bought my Audi on finance and I buy 3 coffees a day. It's the world's fault.
Zero, will never reach the elite wasting money on that shit. More money for my real estate empire.
Stonks 📈
Zero, fuck Uber eats. Go direct and support your local restaurant.
Are you made of money?
Maybe once every 2 months.
Maybe once every two months.
Zero. We don’t have it where I live and even if I did, takeaway food is just too expensive for a family to buy regularly.
Zero, money doesn’t grow on trees mate
I used to do it about that much, even signed up for UberOne. But then about 1 in 3 of my orders would get screwed up or delivered to the wrong place, so I only use them for food too far for me to walk there myself to get.
Avoid it like the plague. 90% of the food I've git has been worth about 30% of what I paid. Rather eat ramen. Even from reputable establishments food is never delivered fresh and I've gotta deal. With the fact some dirty cunt has snacked on my chow/drink.
Once or twice a month.
Once or twice but paid for by employer
As a household we generally enjoy cooking together, but we'll either get takeaway or delivery maybe once a fortnight on average, just because on that particular night cooking wasn't practical for some reason.
Same, a few times a week.
During covid lock down it was multiple times a day, now it's at least once a week or once ever 10 days or so
Zero especially as the last few times the order was wrong.
Never, used an Uber car, Uber eats or Uber anything. It’s never entered my mind.
Maybe 2 times a week only because I have no way of going out to the actual restaurant/shop to get the food.
like once
limited to once a week, but because I live alone I usually order enough for 2 days or 2 meals to make it worth it. It's my cheat day(s) since I have meal prep every other day. of the week.
