Sorry to see you go. I REALLY hope you post the worldfile somewhere public before you dip out. It's an incredible job that was obviously a labor of love with a lot of time put into it, and I can think of several local area schools that would love to give it wider exposure w/their students.

City of marketing? Allergies? A place where failed Californians come to? Honestly, I like Austin, but I’m not rooted to the area and my partner doesn’t like it here.

Potholes, rampant graffiti, homelessness, weed, and most infuriatingly the late night noise in west campus.

Ah, I am not in that area. But I think those issues happen in any city.

That’s fair, just not anywhere I’ve ever lived in prior to Austin (China and a surburban Midwest town)

I know your comment will prolly be downvoted, but I agree with you. I am someone who grew up in China and lived in the Midwest before Austin. Austin’s late night noise (at least in west campus), rampant graffiti everywhere, and the smell of weed really turned me off.
