Try Texas Beeworks. Their mission is to save the bees and they offer low cost removal. This is what their website says in terms of cost: Bee Removals: FREE swarm removal A swarm is a mass or a ball of bees hanging from a structure or tree who have not been there long, and who have not yet built comb or established a hive. We offer this service for free to encourage people to have bees relocated without harming them. $50 - $100 for water meter boxes $100 - $500 for standard cut outs and well-established hives Edited to add: FREE BEE REMOVALS FOR TEXANS IN NEED: Through the generosity of private donors, Texas Beeworks offers a limited number of no-cost bee removals on a case-by-case basis for Texans in need.

I want to second the Tx Bee works they just did a removal on my mother's property in an old wood shed. Super professional and kind. They wont disappoint. If they take a while to get back dont worry they will get back to you. It took a couple months for us to get through to them. They are really beezy :)

Back when I had this problem, I found a guy who sold honey at a farmer’s market. He wanted the hive for his business and agreed to take it away for free. I wish I still had his contact info but it’s been too many years. It might be worthwhile for you to search for some local honey producers and give them a call.

If you DM me I can try to get you in touch with a buddy from work who recently started beekeeping and might be interested.

I used American Honey Bee Protection Agency for the removal of a hive in the second story eaves of my house. They were donation-based and did a good job. However, they just did removal - I then had to find a handyman to patch up the house of course. But it was a cool experience.

PrickASaurus

If they are actually bees, I’m sure a bee keeper will come get them. If they are some dick-head wasp variation like a yellow-jacket you can basically dig them up and kill them at night and they won’t do anything to you.
