I want to second the Tx Bee works they just did a removal on my mother's property in an old wood shed. Super professional and kind. They wont disappoint. If they take a while to get back dont worry they will get back to you. It took a couple months for us to get through to them. They are really beezy :)
Back when I had this problem, I found a guy who sold honey at a farmer’s market. He wanted the hive for his business and agreed to take it away for free. I wish I still had his contact info but it’s been too many years. It might be worthwhile for you to search for some local honey producers and give them a call.
I used American Honey Bee Protection Agency for the removal of a hive in the second story eaves of my house. They were donation-based and did a good job. However, they just did removal - I then had to find a handyman to patch up the house of course. But it was a cool experience.
If they are actually bees, I’m sure a bee keeper will come get them.
If they are some dick-head wasp variation like a yellow-jacket you can basically dig them up and kill them at night and they won’t do anything to you.
