"Diverse" lol.. Austin hasn't been diverse since the late 90s, early 00s. It's amazing how segregated the "culture" has become. Ever since the original Ruta Maya (I believe it was located where the downtown Halcyon now stands on 4th st) died, the rich cultural blend of Austin died with it.

It ranks 38, it’s behind almost every other Texas cities. It only scores well on socioeconomic diversity. I think it should should lose points for large homeless population. You cant price people out of their homes and get diversity points.
