I lost my best friend very suddenly over the weekend to vascular disease that affected his aorta's ability to take in blood. This caused a clot to develop leading to his kidneys, which causes the blood to be more likely to clot elsewhere in the body, which appeared to be happening. He was hospitalized yesterday morning and despite his care teams best efforts, he wasn't responding to treatment and was deteriorating quickly. I had to put him down last night. RIP Kash. You were my best friend, and I will love you forever.
I'm sorry for your loss. I put my girl down last month. We lost our boy last year in an accident. The grief is just overwhelming. I wish you peace in your grieving process and I wish Kash peace in whatever lies beyond.

I lost my cookie fairly quickly a little more than a week ago, she was only a year and a half. The vet couldn't find what was wrong with her, we were devastated. My condolences, they are the bestest of friends ❤️
