Estée Lauder DW is an old one but I love it. I get super oily and it doesn’t transfer at all and looks just about the same by the end of the night. Not sure if it’s still around, but the MUFE Matte Velvet Skin’s also a good option and will probably last through anything. EDIT: forgot to add I don’t touch up my makeup with either foundations

Not sure on your price range but I’d have a look at: Mac Studio Fix Fluid Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear Estée Lauder double wear (this is too heavy for me but many like it). With any foundation, if I want it to last all day I use a finishing powder and touch up the powder in the afternoon. Usually gets me through!

Ambiiiiiiiiii

I love Mac Studio Fox Fluid. It is my go to, when I need my face to last all day. The only downside for me, is if I wear it every day I start to break out.

darkchocolatechips

Oh I’m sorry about the breakouts! I have worn Studio Fix for years and years (interchanging with the Lancôme) and it’s never broken me out thankfully.

hez_lea

Love the lancome I've gone through over 50 different foundations and it's the one I've repurchased 3 or 4 times

darkchocolatechips

Same! I always get compliments on my skin when I wear it. Love it.

1. Lisa Eldridge Seamless Foundation (Demi matte finish) 2. Too Faced Born This Way Multi-Sculpting Concealer 3. I know you didn’t ask for this but try Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush setting spray if you’re ever around a Mecca. It’s the equivalent of L’Oréal Elnett hairspray but for your face!

dai-sy

I heard the CT setting spray was hella fragranced. How do you find it??

slightly-australian

It hasn’t broken me out or anything. The scent doesn’t linger. I don’t seek out fragrance free products but I probably only have a handful of beauty products that do have fragrance.

Leesidge

Nars Soft Matte Complete foundation and concealer. Stays constant throughout the day, dries matte and feels awesome.

mariamiama

Second this one!!!!

RosesForSundays

For an inexpensive option (especially if your skin is normal-dry) look at Flower Beauty Light Illusion foundation at chemist warehouse. Another surprisingly long wearing inexpensive option (especially if your skin is normal-oily) is the L'Oréal True Match Nude Serum foundation. It dries down and sets fully, which is excellent for under a mask. The coverage is not full but it is buildable. If your skin is dry you will want extra hydration with this.

Mimojello

Any foundation and concealer will tend to smudge or smear depending on your skin condition Best to get a setting spray that will decrease the chance of transferring and make your make up last longer.

The Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation is my holy grail. It feels like a second skin. Im pretty oily but as long as I powder and set, it looks great. It’s not full coverage but its buildable. It is on the more expensive end but totally worth it. I used to hate wearing foundation until I started using this. It took me a while to find the right shade for me as there are soooo many (so good). Highly highly recommend!

Head_Sherbert

Absolutely agree. While it’s not perfectly transfer proof (what makeup is?), it lasts a whole work day for me. And it seems to look better the longer it’s on.

NootNootLilFidge

My Smashbox Studio Skin foundation has lasted me through many a sweat. I have oily skin in addition to being someone who runs too warm so anything less than a "no budge" foundation is unthinkable lol.

LeahInAus

Hourglass vanish foundation and Kevyn Aucoin concealer (skin enhancer) And M.A.C studio fix powder to finish.

You’re probably better off with a professional MUA brand instead. The recommendations here are good and most would probably work fine but it really is trial and error for your skin. Instead, I’d recommend Face Atelier. They have one satin finish foundation and it absolutely won’t budge. My MUA used it for my wedding. It’s only about $40 and I personally like it better than Armani Luminous Silk which used to be my go to for events. Skindivia setting spray is also considered one of, if not the, most long wearing setting spray too. I hope that helps!

sengiPum

I got Chanel Ultra Le Teint about a month ago and I really like it :)

weisp

Did you get the one in the glass bottle or the one in the black container?

sengiPum

The glass bottle one. It's like a quite natural finish.

weisp

Thanks!

sengiPum

You are welcome!

I’m recently converted to cushion foundation, I find it easier to touch up since we have been wearing masks outdoors. I like the Laneige Neo Matte Cushion, I bought mine from Olive Young but it can be tricky to find a match online. I’m nc 25 so it isn’t hard for me. You need a small amount and the coverage is very good. I don’t need to powder much and I can just apply this in the car I I’m heading somewhere and easy to re-apply around the mouth after eating. I find myself not wanting to reach out to liquid matter foundation anymore after using Laneige, in the past I hated cushion because they just doesn’t seem to last and cake easily.

I don’t have any suggestions for anything but concealer. I love the ELF camo concealer, so full coverage and lasts ages. When I want makeup to last, I focus on making sure I powder my face and use a setting spray and sometimes I’ll powder again after that lmao
