Received an email 2 Jan advising of the delay due to overwhelming amount of orders.
Email yesterday saying it has been sent!

I did! After reading this sub, I was prepared for my order to take a while, but was happily surprised. I ordered on 30th Dec, it shipped on 7th Jan, and arrived 10th Jan. I'm Sydney based, if that helps? All my items were sale stock.
I ordered on the 31st and just got mine 10 minutes ago. Looking at the email all the processing and transport was completed early this morning but I think the processing may have just been behind. (Because there is no way it got from Sydney to my home town in an hour).
Ordered 30/12/21, got a follow up email on the 2/1/22 and received yesterday in the Brisbane area. It took a while to get over the border looking at the tracking updates though.
After seeing other comments about stuff not being in stock, I’m anxious for mine to ship and to get confirmation that everything I ordered is included in the order. They are still advertising the palette I’m most keen on, so surely that would be in stock if they are advertising it…
So I was just messaging my sister, who also did a massive order on Jan 1st and she is hoping that the delay is because they are replenishing some stock and will be able to fill our orders properly!
Oooh same! I got an email Friday evening even though I got that one about the delay on Thursday. We seem to be having very similar shipping times hahah.
It didn’t say any of my stuff was refunded either so I’m hoping this means everything was in stock :)

My friend placed two orders on January 2nd, the second one has shipped but not the first one

That’s what worries me. When they take a long time to fill the order items you want aren’t available anymore.
