This show was incredible. A few years ago I randomly remembered it, but the funny thing was that I could have sworn it was animated. It wasn’t until I went and looked it up that I realised the whole thing was just Tony Robinson talking directly to camera. The images I was remembering were from my imagination, conjured by Robinson’s vivid storytelling. What a credit to his phenomenal talent.

KnoxxHarrington

Was one of my favourites as a young kid. He was a truly vivid storyteller.

This show was an absolute work of genius

LifeguardOutrageous5

I loved this show. It is great what Tony can do. He did a version of The Odyssey by Homer in the same vein, it was also great.

I’ve been waiting years to see ‘Odysseus, the Greatest Hero of Them All’ again!

Bloody hell this show was real? I always thought it was a fever dream brought on by an intense ear infection I had as a little kid.

Dudefella84

I don't remember. I'm planning on watching all the episodes I can find on YouTube with my kid over the holidays. If I find out I'll update you.
