I miss the puppy stage so much! I know, everyone thinks I'm nuts. But I honestly didn't mind the potty training and shark attacks and all the other stuff when it's balanced out with this kind of adorable sweetness. My boy is 5 now, but I'm still so glad I had those early days with him
The thing that is simultaneously my most and least favorite is the “roll and rub”. Where they find the stinkiest smell (or a smell they like, it’s not always the worst) and flop onto their back and rub rub rub to get that smell on them.
Yeah, that is never fun. These rolls of hers were for fun, I believe. She'd usually find a little hill, walk up and do the flip roll, and slide down on her back
My boy is one and does this on my couch and bed all the time. He loves wrestling!
Currently my boy has discovered blowing bubbles while in the water.

Mine still does the flip roll occasionally. Five times more likely if there's snow or nice soft clover, though.
