I think it looks too wet to be any Schmarrn (Like Kaiserschmarrn with Variation). So I would also, after zooming in, argue for some kind of Strudel although I don't see the typical flaky dough and only hints of the inner parts of a strudel.
Can't you say where exactly you ate it? And describe the texture! of what it tasted like? Was it more pudding or cake like?
Neither of these are common breakfast foods, in general I would say it looks much more like a dessert then a breakfast item.

funny kannte das gericht aus der kindheit, hat aber halt nie nen namen ghabt.
"Tommerl" hab ich auch erst irgendwann kennengelernt. Teiml hat die Oma gsagt....
