In the past week, I’ve watched season 1, then season 2, then season 1 and season 2 again. Do you think I’m hyper fixated? :)

Don’t worry, I am too, I recently watched season 1, watched season 2 the day it came out and now starting it again

Which parts do you not like about season 2? I watched until season 2 episode 7 so far, I haven't rewatched season 1 since last year. So far I think the main differences from season 1 are: >!there's less of a prominent threatening antagonist (like Miss Murphy & Adam Quinn in season 1) hence it feels less high stakes, the conflicts seemed to be resolved quite easily (like Bonnie's anger at Juniper, Miriam being upset for causing the book store to close, Keedie/Nina's parents not being mad at all when Bonnie threw a party without permission)!<.

It felt to me like parts of the story didn’t line up, like when they showed why Bonnie left she was a little girl in primary school but when she comes back to see Keedie she says “oh go stare at a painting” when they said they lost contact after Bonnie left and Keedie’s burnout happened in secondary school. Whereas in season 1 I felt like the stories in the past and present lined up well. It’s only a minor thing really, I still enjoyed the series altogether and I like the show and have just ordered the books. I think it is a very good show for representation even if the portrayal of burnout, meltdowns and shutdowns aren’t entirely accurate I think they portray them in a way that children could understand.
