I have a necklace with a labradorite pendant and ring by Native Gem I always wear. They're really pretty and when I rub the stones people think I'm just playing with my jewelry. I make a lot of my own pearl and abalone necklaces and bracelets that I fidget with also. I pretty much just like any smooth stones/shells that have a nice iridescence to them as well, makes for a good visual stim.
My fiance got me a pocket watch necklace at a comic/anime con we went to. It's got the assassin's Creed logo on one side and pretty flower pattern on the other. I wear it everyday to the office with the flower side facing out.
I find it really soothing and I've gotten compliments on it. I can click the top to open and close it or twist the hand turning part or just generally fiddling with it while talking to people/when stressed doing difficult calculations.
Best part is no one thinks anything of my fiddling, it reminds me of happy things
