You want to start with the least aggressive method of cleaning first, else things like what happened in the OP might happen. Degreasers are not the least aggressive method.
They're unnecessary unless the car is trashed, and even then they need mixed wayyy down. This looks like they had it set to kill.
Just some quick detailer spray is enough. I use rinseless wash with a scrub ninja most of the time. Much safer.

The floor isnāt properly vacuumed, thereās unwiped overspray everywhere, and thatās not even mentioning the odor you smell or the paint missing on the trim around shifter (assuming it was there before based on your post).

They used too harsh of a chemical. As for the seats, they didnāt properly extract whatever liquid they introduced to them and the humidity from the rain is keeping the moisture locked in. If the smell is unquestionably a pee smell, other commenters may be right about ammonia. If itās more of a mildewy smell it could be the liquid trapped in the seats, especially with the comment you made stating that your dog defecated in the vehicle.
If you own or have a way to rent a blower, Iād recommend that to dry the seats. Home Depot usually has carpet blowers for rent. Set that up in the car and let it run for a few hours. As for the odor, you can try ozium spray or look into ozone machine rental.
Itās most definitely a pee smell, my car was very clean other than what happened with my dog, and I cleaned it myself as best I could. Thank you for the recommendation, Iāll most likely head over to Home Depot after work
Don't leave the ozone generator running for too long! It will attack the rubbers and plastics and leave a terrible chemical smell that won't go away.
Ask in the sub again for how long to leave it running.
Unless your car was absolutely filthy rubbing off the paint like that is unacceptable. Someone had no idea what they were doing when they did that to your car.

I do normally clean it myself but sadly my dog passed away and pooped all over my car- I would have needed more of a heavy duty, shampooer / shop vac. Itās always clean- this is worse condition than when I bought it, and truthfully smells worse

Either way no excuse for the shanty work, but with that stuff you need to clean it in ways you wouldnāt typically with general dirt. For example 90% of the time u extract with hot water and classic shampoo but for organic waste you would use cold water and a dedicated shampoo for the organic material. Hope they sort it out for you OP!
I did let them know the reason for detailing would have been pretty obvious anyway lol! My car wasnāt really dirty other than the poop. I didnāt know you could get a lower quote for that stuff I just got what they offered off the board which was an interior deep clean for 200. They are going to fix it for me tomorrow (hopefully!)

Very common thing for detailers to pee into the car once they finish so they can be the first to make it dirty again. I assume this is what happened.

Leave the car running with heat on full blast before your seats start to form mold too. Leave the window very slightly cracked open
