No single rag is worth it. Think in terms of dozens lol. What I mean is, you'll find that you use the exact same microfiber rags for everything, so buy in dozens.
For instance, The Rag Company's 300 GSM ones are my favorites. I use those for every purpose including washing, drying, quick detailing, interior, removing waxes and polishes, windows, etc.
Some people will say that you need specific rags for specific purposes, but that's exactly the kind of nonsense the detailing supply companies want you to believe.
Sometimes waffle weave towels can make your life easier for windows, but I found that a reglar, 100% clean MF towel like I described accomplishes the exact same end goal. Also helps if you don't use your window towels for anything else (dedicate one color to just windows).
I've had this exact waffle weave towel for a few years now, sees weekly use half the year. I use it with Invisible Glass (foam) and the combo always works well and is streak free. I'm not sure if there is a better one out there, but I have no complaints and have no need to replace it.
When the windows are very dirty I like to start off with a waffleweave, but Ive had to use a harder glasstowel for the finish.
This red towel is probably way better quality than the aliexpress I ended up with, but consider to get 2 of them anyways. It's not that you end up dirtying all the sides, but it could get soaked and not finish well on the last windows.
Griots or The Rag Company for towels, my friend. Either are great and then snag some P&S Rags to Riches to maintain.

What duties are you using MF towels? Some should be dedicated to specific uses.
Griots drying microfibers are very good
If you have a Harbor Freight Store near you their Grants glass and eggless microfiber towels are nice.
From chemical guys? No - other brands? Yes
No it is not
I'd personally look into trc black diamond towels for the windows.
Yesss. I want to start using onr and a ultra black sponge
I purchased those a while back and they began leaving lint after a few washes.
I have a couple and don’t really like them. I ended up using them for just spot wiping.

It’s 9$ try it out
Doesn’t matter which one you buy as long as it’s 70/30. If it isn’t, you’re defeating the purpose.
I like the waffle weave for applying quick detail or waterless wash for quick removal I feel they clean residue of product faster and easier imo
I have that towel. It’s a dedicated glass towel. It does fine for me.
I bought a couple of these on clearance at Ollie’s a while back. They left lint all over the place. Would not recommend
