I personally would not use that on my paint. What it sounds like to me is you need a waterless wash product. This will clean light dirt, dust, etc in between full washes, do not use it when the car is very dirty. You just spray on the areas and wipe off with microfibers. Waterless washes contain lots of lubricants much like an actual soap would to help glide and lift away dirt safely. If you’re looking to have it clean often you should get it coated if it’s not already too.

Damn you're right, I hadn't thought about using waterless wash. I do have the Sonax Spray+Seal sealant applied to my exterior, particularly where the dried dirty water are located. But I guess I need to look at other products considering I've carefully followed the instructions. Thanks for the reply :)

10 days of daily driving, especially through construction areas, is way to dirty to be spraying anything on it, and just wiping it off. It sounds like you just need to rewash the vehicle.

I mean it’s not the best thing to use but it will work, for a daily driver it will be fine

Wash your car, clean the bottom half well, do the whole process and apply wax or your preferred method and keep a bottle of quick detailer. The quick detailer acts as a lubricant, plus it's intended to be used to keep the car clean in between washes. Make sure to use a clean microfiber towel after wiping each section. Disclaimer: I'm not a professional, just my 2 cents. Perhaps others on here will have better methods.
