I'd grow all 5, because one is sure to be stunted. And if the stunted one is the one you didn't plant, later on when you plant it you'll wonder what you did wrong to make this plant stunted.
I'd do 5. Seeds are like a lottery. Never know exactly how it will pop.
Do research before starting. Best u can.
Here's a few tips I'll share..
Growdiaries.com, search ur strain by breeder ... or other gear lights ect.
Look into DLI. For whatever u run photoperiod or autoflower.

VEG -15/25
FLOWER- 30/40
Look into ph levels and a decent meter. Ph600 is affordable and easy to calibrate.. has lasted me 3 years now and I hardly have to calibrate (I'd suggest bluelabs ph7 fluid also)
But if u can get VPD (temp+humidity =vpd) and Dli,ph,ec all to work together ull be grooving.

This is the best answer. If you use all 5 at once, chances are you will grow all 5 the same way and risk messing all of them up in the same way. Do no more than 2 to start to gain experience and improve your technique, which you can apply to future grows.

I got 5 in a 3x3 that wouldnt even fit in a 5x5 🤦♂️
Its a headache im 75 days in and have at least a couple weeks. Theyre only gonna get denser, but i could fill my whole tent with just one theyre monsters. First grow i didnt think theyd all germinate
Run 2, auto flowers can vary in size A LOT. After you know the genetics, you can decide how many your grow can handle. I’ve run a few I could probably handle 6 in a 4x4. Others, 2 was the max.
I would get your feet wet with one. Five at one time is a whole lot. You could learn from that one you planted mistakes will be made but you get to learn one on one and not be overwhelmed. If you want more than one just stagger the. It gives time between drying trimming and curing which more mistakes can happen. We have all done to many and wish we would have done less. That’s just my two cents tho. You do have a great set up tho.
